Good goal but other than that he could have had a tea besides the pitch and nobody would notice.

Definitely can't remember a good game against us. Maybe the win last season before the move.

Smalling always wins this duel.

Maybe he is rushed or he rushed to come back to win golden boot. If he really rushed form injury then he is a moron for prioritising personal trophy.

It's bizarre how poor he is against us regularly. Only ever scored one goal against us.

It's because he wants to sign for Utd eventually, so he ends up trying too hard.

Smalling pockets Kane almost every time they face. Smalling is a defender that has come through the ranks of english football like Kane. He eats physical strikers for breakfast.

Has he only had one semi-decent game against us since his rise to prominence? The last game at WHL where he scored? I remember even then he wasn't particularly great.
He ran us dragged in the game at Wembley not long ago despite not scoring. You can say perhaps, it's more on us performing badly, but still it's not accurate to claim he's never good against us.

This game however he's invisible. Deserved that kind of lack of service after stealing goal from your teammate.

He's a great player but doesn't striker fear in opposition team's like the likes of Aguero, Henry etc.

He's still the best striker in football for me, we just did a great job at nullifying him and he didn't have the best of games, it happens.

Maybe that circus should have told his where his head was at. Looking back it was an unfit player desperately looking for a jump start in form.

Yeah I'd forgotten about that game actually, he was very good.

He does seem to have a lot of stinkers against us though, where as he's a menace consistently against most side. Smalling has had him sussed on a number of occasions.

Jones had him in his pocket didn't he. Genuinely think Jones would be one of the best CBs in Europe if he could stay fit.

If he thinks Kane could get upset by that tweet then maybe he shouldn't call Kane a potential captain?

Looks 50%, watched the Brighton game(which was terrible) and he was totally unfit, jogged the whole match and gingerly laid the ball off on the occasion it came to feet.

Could still put the laces through it tho. But poor decision to rush him back, for them playing Son up front or even Llorente would be better.

This really hit them hard
I would have taken the Ogden tweet as a bit of dig at Southgate as Smalling is playing well. I see it more that Law is being all precious but Ogden is saying our supposed best striker has been sorted by a player Southgate says is not good enough for England.

Unbelievable how precious Kane and those around him are. He needs a fecking good slap and someone to tell him to get a grip.
