Sorry but it's true. Pogba deserves a better team.
Pogba deserves to play in a team where he's exposed as a fraud, like Dembele and Coutinho.Sorry but it's true. Pogba deserves a better team.
Okay.Pogba deserves to play in a team where he's exposed as a fraud, like Dembele and Coutinho.
Its easier for a keeper to look good in a shite team.I think DDG vs Pogba is a different situation. DDG plays in credible and people say 'he is winning things on his own he deserves better'. Pogba is wandering around the pitch and throwing strops every time he is tackled and people say 'he deserves better he is surrounded by rubbish we need to sign 5 defenders to unlock him and 5 strikers so he can be on their wavelength before we will see the best of him or before he will try hard'
I remember this one time pogba played for france and was one of their best players as they won the world cup. What a fraud.Pogba deserves to play in a team where he's exposed as a fraud, like Dembele and Coutinho.
That's not true. A leader should be driving players on and inspiring them to get everything out of the talent they've got. Its not hard work to work hard. Its the minimal requirement. Its easier for a keeper to look good in a shite team.
Nah he doesn't. He has the perfect mentality for a club at our current level. Match made in heaven.Sorry but it's true. Pogba deserves a better team.
Oh yeah. The 4 good games in 7.I remember this one time pogba played for france and was one of their best players as they won the world cup. What a fraud.
That time? Less than a year ago.
I remember Keiron Trippier was pretty good in that world cup as well. See if Pogba can do it for 38 games in a side like Barca or Real Madrid, where they will boo you if you arent dedicated to the cause.I remember this one time pogba played for france and was one of their best players as they won the world cup. What a fraud.

I don't think he will. And this has been his best season numbers wise in his career. He is not the problem.Oh yeah. The 4 good games in 7.
Definitely extrapolates to sustained greatness for a big club in the spotlight.
He will get exposed where he goes, it's inevitable.
Of course its true. And what has leadership got to do with anything in this discussion. Neither player is a leader, not even close. That's not true. A leader should be driving players on and inspiring them to get everything out of the talent they've got. Its not hard work to work hard. Its the minimal requirement.
What you and many people aren't seeing is that he already got exposed when he moved here from juve, and actually had to learn responsibilities. Playing for current United is like hard mode. Going anywhere else, especially madrid or barca, will be like cakewalk to him after this spell.Oh yeah. The 4 good games in 7.

His numbers have come from being the penalty specialist and 3 months of good form against broadly a shite run of teams.I don't think he will. And this has been his best season numbers wise in his career. He is not the problem.
What? No it isn't. He will be scrutinized FAR more at Madrid. There will be a chorus of boo's when he hits his inevitable run of games off form and it will be harder to come back from it.What you and many people aren't seeing is that he already got exposed when he moved here from juve, and actually had to learn responsibilities. We, as a club are a laughing stock for years now but not because someone says "he should go to better team" but because we are shit. Just plain an simple. And yes, I think the likes of De Gea deserves to play in the better team as he will finish his career at United winning nothing otherwise and he is too good for that (unless he already gave up, which is possible if we look at his recent form).Just seen this post and I couldn't agree more. I am so sick of posts about saying how some players are better than the club.
This is not just about Pogba, it's basically about any player that played, or that will play for us. But I've seen it being repeated in Pogba thread on pretty much every page. Just feck off with overrating players' status, there is no player that will ever be bigger than Manchester United. Whoever thinks that one player is better than the club can go and support individual player ahead of the club, it's worse than Liverpool fans used to be regarding Suarez when he was there, and he was better for them than any of our players signed in last ten years were for us.
Mods, can we ban anyone who keeps repeating shit like "he should go to better team", "he is better than this lot", etc. ? It's actually embarassing for the forum and for United fans, it's small club mentality that will make people laugh at United fans. It's also probably used by 15 year olds here, so you should probably check their age too while you are at it.
He managed it at juve. Anyone who thinks pogba is the problem needs their heads looked at. His attitude is definitely not the best, but his ability is so far beyond the rest of pur team. Its not his fault all our forwards are out of form. He will have bad games, the big problem we have is that we seemingly have absolutely no one capable of stepping up when he has a poor game.I remember Keiron Trippier was pretty good in that world cup as well. See if Pogba can do it for 38 games in a side like Barca or Real Madrid, where they will boo you if you arent dedicated to the cause.
I think we'll have to agree to disagree. His numbers have come from being the penalty specialist and 3 months of good form against broadly a shite run of teams.
3 months in a season gets you found out at a big club. He's been found out here (ultimately massively protected by sections of the fan base) and he will be found out at Real to an even worse level. Their fans aren't as close to being as patient as ours.
I agree he's not "the" problem and I would opt to keep him provided we have the budget to spend on bosltering everyone in the squad. However I certainly don't think he's close to the level you claim and should be seen as expendable as a result.
What? No it isn't. He will be scrutinized FAR more at Madrid. There will be a chorus of boo's when he hits his inevitable run of games off form and it will be harder to come back from it.
He won't suit Barcelona's system at all so it's no surprise they aren't in for him.
Ambitious. At Real you perform or you get booed off the pitch. It happened with the best of the best and even the kids. It will be interesting to see how he develops there, but by no means will the pressure be easier. He will be always scrutinized not only because he is a big name in the football world but also because he has that je ne sais quoi that make him stand out even if he has a bad day.
So joining Real Madrid with world class players and stars around him could help him to be less scrutinized somehow
25% paycutWe are not holding them hostage. Only De Gea deserves sympathy and even he has been using that up recently.
Looking at the question from another angle, if you were an in-demand player, I can’t think of any reason why you would choose United at the moment apart from money.
We should organise a whip-round - how can you manage on only £230,000 a week?25% paycut
I don't think that I deserve better, in fact I don't think that I deserve anything. Most fans have worse and they deal with it, United do not have a divine right to be successful and it's true for the players too, if they want to win there are two realistic options they trust the club to improve the playing and coaching staff and also improve themselves or they leave to join a club in a better situation. They deserve nothing. Only the fans of this club deserve better.
Why does choosing to support the club through the hard times automatically make you a Top Red?But it's true.
I know some fans here like to live with their head in the sand like we still rule the roost of the game of Football like the grand old era of the 90's and any talk of us being anything other than gods gift to football and the best team around is treason but it's the truth
It's the cold hard truth, De Gea has carried us for many a seasons, when the reality is a keeper of his quality shouldn't of been slumming it with our lot, he should of been challenging for the top honors the game has to offer.
Pogba may be a narcissistic prat who only likes to turn it on when he wants, but he's an outstanding player, he can do better than us.
It's a sad state of affairs but the majority of players would just be jumping off into the deep end, without the ability to swim, and with no lifejacket on right now, if they joined us. We're just out at sea completely.
People will say its hyperbole or greatly exaggerated but it really is not, we are that much of a shambles of a 'club', if you can even call us anything other than a businessman's milk maid these days.
If they had any sense players like De Ligt would stay well away from the club because it's highly likely they'll be throwing away golden years of their playing time alongside the likes of Phil Jones, Ashley Young and Chris Smalling who we just don't want to get rid of. The club deserves mediocrity and I wish some of the houlier than thou fans would shut up about being Top Reds and actually wake up to the nightmare that is this team at the moment.
Rather than pissing yourselves in anger about people saying players are too good for us (which they are), channel it into some action instead.
If you genuinely believe players like De Gea deserve to lineup alongside the majority of our shit slop squad just because we are "Manchester United and we do things the Manchester United way, no player is bigger blah blah blah", players which, by the way, we seem intent on overpaying and overextending like they are gonna be snatched off us by all the big teams, you need your head examined.
It doesn't, it's the accusation that people who complain about something or make the sort of remarks in the topic, makes these people less of a fan, that makes people 'Top Reds', it always seems to come with the territory. Why does choosing to support the club through the hard times automatically make you a Top Red?
