They sure as hell do not.Chelsea deserve credit. They were not antagonisers and made the move that made it cave.

They can be relegated last in this case.Chelsea deserve credit. They were not antagonisers and made the move that made it cave.
I think you’re right too, but I just don’t think that’d hold up when it comes to punishment, particularly if this ends up in court etc.I absolutely think we were one of the most culpable, so that's fine by me.

Well Utd are currently 11pts clear of West Ham in 5th
...so an 8pts deduction of each of the greedy teams involved is only fair (which will ensure we still make Top 4 hehe).
Steady on, we only attempted a coup!We could be forced to take Mourinho as manager again.
Absolutely, this cannot be business as usual from tomorrow. There must be consequences for the clubs. It's harsh on the players of those clubs, none of whom were consulted, but this kind of stunt is unforgiveable. What should happen, of course, is the owners are stripped of their roles and banned from the game. The removal of those parasites must be the aim.It was an attempted coup. It cannot go un- punished.
And these folks call themselves supporters! It's madness.fecking hell, relegation, points docked.
Maybe they should just disband the club and destroy the stadium too.
Depriving those clubs from CL/EL competitions for couple of seasons is an absolute minimum. Losing hundreds of millions in the process.the owners are who did this they should be punished. take their money thats what will hurt them the most
Yeah that'll happen.Since the teams are "invited" to play in European cup competitions, theoretically UEFA could just rescind their invite and give them to the top 4 clubs outside of the 6 in the prem.
CL:
Leicester
West Ham
Everton
Leeds
EL:
Villa
It's a competition to see who is most outraged. And these folks call themselves supporters! It's madness.
Ball is in UEFA's court if they want to win moral points and torch their own competitions for a year. Luckily for us UEFA aren't that moral.Since the teams are "invited" to play in European cup competitions, theoretically UEFA could just rescind their invite and give them to the top 4 clubs outside of the 6 in the prem.

So 100k fine then and everything will be all ok tomorrow?fecking hell, relegation, points docked.
Maybe they should just disband the club and destroy the stadium too.
Can they actually be punished for what they did or proposed to do it might be reprehensible but was it wrong or not allowed as per current regulations of UEFA and PL?Seem apparent that 12 of the wealthiest clubs attempted something of a coup and fell spectacularly on their faces.
This has resulted in resignations, reputational damage, the loss of key positions within UEFA, the burning of bridges with their fellow clubs and a near-unprecedented amount of negative publicity, in what was probably the most significant 48 hours in football for generations.
How should these clubs be dealt with going forward? Should they face punishment and if so, what? Should they all be treated equally or should the ring-leaders face harsher punishment? What measures can/should be put in place to ensure this bullshit doesn't happen again?
thats not fair on the players or the manager who worked hard to reach where we are. The players have distanced themself from this sham. Glazers and co should pay for their crimes. why should we ?Depriving those clubs from CL/EL competitions for couple of seasons is an absolute minimum. Losing hundreds of millions in the process.
They should take their cues from Patrick Bamford instead. It's a competition to see who is most outraged.
0 fine too.So 100k fine then and everything will be all ok tomorrow?
The club resigns and alienates from UEFA as a structure in attempted coup to create a rival competition and it should not be punished in the process, because they pulled out because of the backslash?
Juve were relegated for fixing matches, you would reckon this is more serious business? Or because they saved face after couple of days it wipes all the intent?
Exactly this.Surely you punish the owners right?
And then you tackle the oil club problem to make the future a better one.
