How many months (weeks/days?) until the Delhi govt falls?
It won't. BJP has barely any MLAs in assembly. I also think they have given up on Delhi since they keep empowering LG powers and diluting Delhi Govt ones by central Govt acts. They are now just worried about AAP expanding to other states like Punjab and Kejriwal being a possible national opponent to Modi.

https://indianexpress.com/article/i...fensive-ideas-on-social-media-survey-8221908/

20 per cent of all respondents said they fully disagree with the idea that there should be complete freedom to express opinions against the government on social media. Sixteen per cent said they somewhat disagree and an equal number said they somewhat agree and 11 per cent said they are in complete agreement.
“Most of the survey respondents were found to carry what could be considered as conservative or illiberal opinions on the issue of free speech and expression on social media,” states the survey
Unsurprising, really. We are non-confrontational by nature and the respect-your-elders type.

Pretty sure she thought of this because of "Arre hamara kya hai, jahaan jagah mili baith gaye" in a way similar to how Modi said
"Arre hamara kya hai, fakeer aadmi hai jhola utha ke chale jaayenge"

But obviously she couldnt tweet that

Next the local authorities will say they never even knew the bridge was being repaired.
Meanwhile the Collector seemed to have tried to stop making the watch making company as the repairers of the 150 yr old bridge, but was superseded by a call from Gandhinagar asking to approve them.

Now that people are dead, everyone wants to wash their hands off it. Not that the voters care a s**t about politicians killing them, literally.

I read article 10 years ago in local magazine, they RTI political party's expenditure (i.e. Tax document).
It make very surprising discoveries. BJP publish something around 15L for yearly expenditure, Congress around 12.5L for yearly expenditure.
Surprisingly Tax authorities completely fine with this figures. No investigation, nothing happen even after publishing those data.

This is what injecting poison into minds or people 24x7 does. The professor may regret his words (or maybe not), but the constant media narrative creates these kind of thoughts in the minds. People start believing there is an actual threat from Muslims in India, when majority of the folks are just going on with their lives, and have been doing that for ages.

Well AAP did exactly what was expected in Gujarat. It cut into Congress votes and flipped all the seats for BJP.

BJP voteshare is up as well, last time about 48, this time over 50. AAP helped in number of seats, but they were winning big (120+) anyway.

So it seems Rahul is going to be the face opposite Modi for the 3rd time. So much for change after the 2019 loss.

Will be another rout in 2024 elections.
Hey atleast he is doing some bharat jodo yatranand holding hands and hugging random celebrities. At this point I don't even blame him now. The whole congress party is a thing of past now. They are out of reality and live in their own bubble.

Maybe after 2 decades history he will be fondly remembered by even Modi supporters. He was the guy who helped Modi rule for 15 years.

I never blame him. Honestly, I think he was just born into the wrong family. He would have preferred to do something else with all the money his family has made over the years, but alas.
Congress had a chance to pick Tharoor and hope for some change at least, but they chose to stick to old guns, because they seem more afraid of changing status quo than being wiped out as a party. Besides most of them know they can simply join BJP if things go south in Congress.

With 3 independents they only need about 7 Congress MLAs. But anti deflection law means 14 need to resign or get suspended or join BJP. Even in MCD in Delhi, BJP leaders already claiming that they will get their leader elected as Mayor despite being in minority ....
