France just awful at defending corners. Delaney and Andersen are giving them all sorts of problems

Wow France really don't care about this edition of nations league do they? Getting relegated if Austria beat Croatia.

Guessing they could be in pot 2 of euros draw?

Upamecano and Badiashile aren’t good enough (yet). Lucas Hernandez and Varane in their places will be a huge upgrade.
Badiashile has been good, It's Saliba and Upamecano that have been terrible with and without the ball.

To be honest that’s correct, Saliba has been positionally bad in that RCB slot since i switched over in the 20th min. Has given away a couple of sloppy simple passes, too.

And they added pressure by taking an eternity to play the ball while also always playing short instead of being a bit more direct. Now the CBs are on average 21 or 22 so it was to be expected.

Just saw enough to see Skov Olsen's brush with immortality promptly thrown away by shooting straight at the gk :(

If Brozovic injury is more serious and WC is in doubt we will go out of this game as losers no matter what.

Youssouf Fofana on for France... Is he expected to be part of the setup for Qatar?

Yep, zero experience in that back line. Didier has changed it by putting Pavard back there to help out. Clauss is a far more dynamic RWB, too.

I expect it to be Pogba, Tchouameni, Camavinga and Rabiot as the 4 midfielders to go to the WC. Depends on injuries.
Kanté ?

+ Camavinga being taken off tonight does not bode well for him. He had started well but after the first goal he was drowning

Nkunku for Griezmann or Giroud or even Mbappe who has been horrible but can make something out of nothing would be a good change to make at 55/60 mins.

Of course Kante! Completely forgot. Yeah, I suspect he’ll be in for Camavinga or Rabiot. Camavinga is Uber talented but agreed he looked lost after the first goal. Completely lost his range of passing.
