Simple question.. me personally if he and Suarez were on the market, I'd go with Lewa. Your thoughts?

If you want a pure goal scorer then yes. If you want some one to link up play, score a few goals and create space for midfield runners then Suarez.

Suarez is better, no contest.

Why?

He is just as efficient, maybe more in terms of his finishing, and his creative game is on another level completely.

Missed quite a few chances yesterday. He would probably be slaughtered on here after a few weeks.

To stay on topic. He's certainly up there with the very best.

The only area Lewandowski has an advantage is his heading. Suarez is better in every aspect. He is a better finsher, Lewandowski misses more sitters than him, Suarez is more versatile, more creative, works harder off the ball to create space for those behind him, better dribbler.

Lewandowski is better at holding up the ball but Suarez isn't bad and can turn centre backs whiles Lewandowski usually waits for supports because he can be blocked from turning a lot easier. Suarez is an all time great, Lewandski overall is a level below.

Suarez suits Barcelona, while Lewa suits Madrid.

So there you go.

Not saying you lads are wrong, but is it as clear cut?

I think Suarez when he's in the mood > Lewa because he can be so electric but Lewa has a more consistent quality to his game in my opinion, he doesn't go missing and his touch/link up play is more reliable.

I think Lewa with Messi and Neymar around him would still work, wouldn't look as dynamic as peak MSN, but still be a nightmare to defend against.

Suarez offers more tactical options so I would go for him. He can play on the wing if necessary as he did with Barcelona many months.

I can't imagine Cavani and Lewa playing together.

Suarez is clearly the best

Not better then Suarez, Agüero, Higuain, Diego Costa or Ibrahimovic
He's significantly better than Costa and Ibra.

I think Suarez is a better footballer than Lewandowski, more versatile, better on the ball and probably a better finisher too, but I would much rather have Lewa in my team just for the consistency, fitness and his fair play. This usually stays under the radar, but Lewa is virtually never injured, never gets random red cards, never banned. With Suarez you just know he'll miss part of the season one way or another, not as reliable.

I wasn't even that much of Lewandowski fan but lately he's been adding so much to his game I am actually impressed, he's 28 now and still getting better every year, his free kicks used to be rather average, now he smashes them for both national team and Bayern. His close control and movement also got better, probably Munich is just the right place for him, although I think he'd do very well in Spain and England too.

Considering "pure 9s" he's for sure top3 globally.

Suarez. incredible ability on the ball as well as a great goalscorer.

Suarez is brilliant, IMO he's better than Lewandoski with some breathing room too.

Every time things like this come, I just think back to that Suarez season. Its just my opinion just can't see Lewandowski, or a hell of a lot of players in world football, doing something like that and dominating the league like he did. Some of the goals he scored...

I know it isn't the best to base things off that, but it wasn't even a fluke either. He was scoring mad goals for Liverpool the year before and just look at him now.

Suarez is the best #9 in the world, there's really no question about it

If we go by current form/ability then suarez > higuain >= lewa > diego costa >= zlatan >= aguero, kane, cavani, icardi >= benzema

Suarez is the better striker, most of all because he's quicker and a better finisher. Lewandowski is better on the ball though.

If you want someone to partner Ibrahimovic, then get Suarez. If you want someone to replace him, get Suarez, but also get Lewandowski

Both are fantastic, and very complete players. The one thing Suarez has over Lewa is his conversion rate. He's quite a bit more clinical, and that's why I would rate him higher.
Still, I'm more than happy with having Robert playing for us, and given Suarez' questionable behaviour on the pitch, I surely wouldn't want to exchange the two.

He would be absolutely perfect for the premier league. Would. Prefer us to go for him.Over Griezzman but one assumes that he is unavailable.

I think Suarez is on a level of his own atm, but Lewandowski is right at the top of the tier below him.

Best CF in the world is Ibra, followed by Rashford, then Suarez, Aubameyang, Higuain, Benzema etc in no particular order.

Nope that title belongs to Falcaaaao.

Second to Suarez but ahead of the rest of the rest.
