The corona virus outlook is much worse than it was at the beginning of August, when the uncertainity meant that things might go well for clubs...whereas now it looks bad with no prospect of gate receipt income in the near to medium term. This means that a club that needs income may decide that some income is better than no income.

That doesn’t really make sense. They would be confident he is staying because they don’t want to sell him. If the intermediaries say ‘oh that’s a good deal we’d take it’ then Dortmund will still say no if they want to keep him.
If Man Utd is talking to BVB atm i am sure there will be a lot more whisper than it is now. I highly doubt there is any official contact between two clubs. This late in the window basically give no time for BVB to find replacement.

Pretty sure the 'deadline' was a load of rubbish. There never was, and never will be, any other deadline than 5th October.

Sancho is ours. He had a good pre season so we are getting a player who is ready. He will just slot in.
