Julian Draxler

Already? That should be a player several clubs will go for. Spurs should be all over him, although probably wouldn't be able to afford his wages.

Signed him in January. He did well v Barca in that first leg as well. Harsh in my opinion, but he fetches more money than Lucas does I guess.

Find this incredibly strange. Didn't they just get him in January and from what I saw he was doing well. So unless there are problems with him within the camp or they need to get money back I just can't see why they would let him go.

I'd imagine there will be a queue of clubs for him. Arsenal have a long term intrest in him and if Sanchez is gone next year then... here is their answer.

He'd be a good signing for most clubs, I'd imagine there will be a long list willing to take him.

freeing up space to gazump Barca for Couthinio as a big final fek you don't tap up out players?

Quality player though and I suspect there will no shortage of takers if he is really available

What's strangest with all this is why the feck they signed him in the first place? He was very promising at Schalke five or six years ago, now 24 years old and still just a "talent". Both him and Lingard should end up at Crystal Palace or Stoke in two years time.

A chance for Liverpool to show their true ambition. Buy him regardless of Coutinho.

BVB's the favorite imo.

Neymar > PSG
Dembele > Barca
Draxler > BVB

But we'll see. Maybe Dortmund is not even interested because they need a RW.

We should try and bring him in, very good player although there were reports of some attitude problems but i'm sure Mourinho could sort him out. Pay PSG 70m for him and Aurier and we are set for a strong season .

Yes, but not good enough for the top teams. In the Prem I'd say Everton is his level.

Only makes sense them selling him if they're pretty damn confident of getting Mbappe.

Or I suppose they figure they can get more money for him than they can for Moura.

Agreed, just get Draxler and Aurier and we would be alot stronger on the wings. Seems both players are on PSG's list to be sold so we could get a good deal for them aswell.

How's his consistency now? Always been a talent but bloody hell, talk about blowing hot and cold.

I guess if PSG are going to survive the FFP they will need to sell anything not named Neymar.

Wenger should open his warchest now. Hes perfect for Arsenal with Sanchez going the other way

I think people have overreacted to his solid start with PSG. I think he is an overrated and inconsistent player.

Should be Liverpool bound IMO.

The consistency aspect wouldn't particularly seem to be an issue, didn't hurt Coutinho's reputation and he went missing for 3 months every season.

Plenty of players are inconsistent anyway, you could name far more players who have off-days than those who show up every game. I don't personally think Pogba's been that consistent since he joined United but he's still a wonderful player.

if he comes cheap. 40 millions at max, rather have him than continuing Perisic saga.

World cup winning talent.

Can't see what he has to do with Lingard though, he might not have become what people thought he would become, but he's still several levels above Jesse. Sadly he should have never gone to Wolfsburg in the first place, and anyone with half a brain could have told him so.

If I were a young talent i'd avoid his agents.

Wouldnt rule out Bayern.

Wouldn't either, it it were to happen next year. This year, I don't see a chance. Shame, as he'll be available for a reasonable price given that Paris really needs to clear stock.

Arsene's always rumoured to be after him, Sanchez replacement I say.

Could very well be, especially if say Sanchez would go to PSG.

Would really be the best outcome for them. PSG would up for Sanchez, they don't have to sell him to a PL rival and they can get a good replacement with Draxler.

I get a strong Ross Barkley vibe from him. Granted I've never stood close to either of them.

He has a Schalke history. Can't see it happening. I know Felipe Santana moved to Schalke but that transfer was very low-profile.

It's a bit strange as the previous rumours were mostly naming other PSG wingers to be shipped out. Maybe the PSG board have received a very tasty offer for Draxler?

I don't think it's that weird, really. Draxler's a good player on his day but when you can field a front three of di Maria, Cavani and Neymar with the options they have from the bench, I'd probably get rid too.

Go on Woody, get your check book out and sign him up. Really like watching this guy play.

Sign this player. Who's available and better?

I would say Dortmund, Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs could be after him. All need to replace a potential player soon or add a player of his ilk to strengthen. Still surprised they would sell him before Lucas

An option I was not expecting to be available. Anything less then 40 mil and we should be all over this. People say he blows hot and cold but those days that he is hot he will get you three points or play a vital role in a Champions league tie.
It's crazy that some United fans want our potential signings to play like a god every game, be just out of their teens and have a huge sell on value (even though we are horrible at negotiations on the sale of our players). We are at a point where established players that have proved they can put in a world class performances over multiple seasons are the ones needed. It's why I would rather sign a Lewendowski than a Mbappe at this stage of our squad development. After Mourinho has put together a balanced squad then we should be splunking on these young players. But right now I would rather have players like Draxler while giving Rashford and Martial every chance.

Next move needs to be a good one, he probably should have moved to the PL or Juve at the start of the 14/15 season, injuries set him back a bit that year after he stayed. Even so had another chance to make a good career move after a couple of years at Wolfsburg and chose the money at PSG instead, when he was always going to be easily expendable once they'd found a nice, shiny new toy to play with.

Been very poorly advised through his career so far for me and it's the reason he's still 'a talent' at 23 like you say instead of an established top-class player.

By all accounts Mourinho wants a left sided player and according to reports Draxler, Lemar, Perisic are realistically available.

My choice would be Perisic followed by Draxler.

Could this lad be the reason we are stalling on Perisic.

Probably be around the same price in a firesale. Which this is.
