Why was he carded though?
Liverpool's defense is terrible, and we know Real Madrid is a different team in the CL, but people who frequently watch La Liga know they're just not good, I don't think Real fans here are surprised. Modric is still hands down their best midfielder and he's 37, he can't make it happen twice a week.

That was some lightning in a bottle stuff, we have been poor all season and even an injury ridden Barca has it easy against us. Fair play to them.

That's a hard one because he used to be far calmer, but since the abuse/racist stuffs started he's on very short fuse. Hard to blame him but he needs pick his battles. When it's only about football, he can't react that way.

Vinicius and De Jong held each other, that was a foul but nothing crazy. De Jong didn't throw Vinicius on the floor with a judo move though, I think it was pretty obvious who went overboard.

When he's in tune he's impressive because he can be technicallly good with a huge energy, he sometimes looks like he's everywhere on the pitch. But he has consistency issues (which is a normal at his age) and failed to rise in many important games.
I've never been a fan of this player to be honest, I right Pedri far higher.
