So first the draw is delayed, then they announce it's at 5, then at 4:30 they say it'll be working within the hour, and now it's 5:04 with no draw in sight...

They'll probably go back to drawing it in the middle of the night, when no one's looking, after this indignity. Safest way.

In the press room for the final in February, the only soft drinks you could get were Carabao. Their name - and its spelling - will be synonymous with English cup draws for years to come and this feels like some extended publicity for a soft drink who have paid the EFL all that money and the EFL cannot even make pre and post-match press conferences mandatory for the competition. Consider also the fact the third round draw - which was held in Beijing - gave Carabao no exposure in the UK because 1. It was at silly o’clock, and 2. It was not televised or available to view via a stream.
Maybe Carabao are making up for lost time.
