The best way to hassle Mignolet is by pressing him and forcing him to use his left foot, Ander might be the best option there. Every time he kicks with his left he makes a tragic error. We may need Fellaini at some point, and not in central midfield, further up the pitch, will wreak havoc with Mingelot.
Mingelot shits himself on corners, absolutely shocking. Fellaini should be a plan b if we're chasing late on, nowhere near mobile enough to be starting. The best way to hassle Mignolet is by pressing him and forcing him to use his left foot, Ander might be the best option there. Can completely fell asleep against Arsenal in the second half. I think I'd swap him for Lucas or Allen for this game personally. Lucas is slower but a bit more aware of what's around him and I think we'd be less exposed with him in there. He's also not played in a week and a half so should be fresh for Sunday. Now I've said that he'll probably pull his hamstring in the opening five minutes.Milner, Can, Allen, Henderson, Firmino and Lallana might not be overly talented but they can sure run. And run, and run and run. And then run some more. Hope they're not knackered from the Arsenal game.
They really are an insufferable shower of clowns.God, their famed 'wit' and 'wisdom' are boring...

Arsenal away was arguably the worst performance of the season? So are we.
Bit harsh on Can and Firmino?Milner, Can, Allen, Henderson, Firmino and Lallana might not be overly talented but they can sure run. And run, and run and run. And then run some more. Hope they're not knackered from the Arsenal game.
I know we're not that great but 18? he's taking the piss surely.''I fancy we'll give this shower a thorough rectal probing with a very cold, calculating finger. If we can score 3 against Arsenal, anything less than 18-0 v United will be something of a disappointment.''
Forget logic and reasoning at RAWK.
Right now those two haven't consistently shown to be anything other than. Their ceilings are high but their lift is currently stuck on the fourth floor.Bit harsh on Can and Firmino?
Without Sturridge no way are we scoring more than 10.I know we're not that great but 18? he's taking the piss surely.
That team would get us battered.De Gea
Yong Smalling Blind Jackson
Carrick Schweinsteiger
Martial Lingard Memphis
Rooney
Completely agree. Some of the so-called lesser sides have had more success against this Liverpool by going longer and more direct... taking Liverpool's 'high press' out of the game. Not how I would like to see us play but think we are severely at risk employing our usual style of play and having Smalling and Blind just try and pass our way forwards.I fear for us if we try the possession game here, I recall this high press high energy game they employed against city and see smalling and blind getting caught out by it.
As much as he stunk us out last night Fellani might be the safe (let's not get beat) option up front as a target man to nullify the Liverpool pressing game. Horrible.

Why has Mr Lennon not asked Klopp to become his successor.Klopp, from his press conference:
Klopp on van Gaal: "He is one of the most successful managers in the world. He has a special idea of football & you have to respect this."
Klopp on SAF: "I had really good moments with Sir Alex. It was an honour to talk with him. Maybe he's the greatest ever - the John Lennon of football."
That Lennon comment will go down well.
They particularly like the joke that it is called John Lennon Airport because it was the first place he went to when he got a bit of money. That Lennon comment will go down well.
