Since Moyes hasn't tried anyone else in the LB position, is it safe to say Buttner will start against Bayern?

Is what I would go for. Fellaini would just be a red card waiting to happen in this game, they'd pass it around him. Play him in the small games but keep him away from any big games. Pretty solid, well balanced team if you ignore the defence that. Januzaj can be good, have him in alongside that front 4. Jones can potentially put in a good performance against Ribery but it's still the robben v Buttner match him which will wreck us.

Rafa is forever injured. Don't think Smalling is fit.
So possibly have to put Jones at RB and Carrick with Vidic in central defense with Buttner on the left. Which would mean one of Cleverley/Fellaini will definitely need to start in midfield.
Should be fun.
Bugger. Carrick was solid in defense today though, in fact we were arguably better with him. Probably going to be him there again with Jones at RB. Reckon we'll see Giggs in midfield.
