We are just missing a world class midfielder
The story of the season for us is poor finishingIs there anyone more frustrating than AV when you need a cross in? FFS
That game was ours to win created the better chances.
Just wanted to.Rooney has done more than Ibra has done all game.
Yep... one of Rooney or Fellaini may be OK but both at the expense of pace? The mistake was bringing on Rooney instead of Mata. Then we could have kept Rashford up our sleave
has a poor game and is fraud, this is not a knee jerk reaction then ?We played with 10 men the whole game so not surprised we didn't win. Pogba is a fraud.
I was also trying my best but Jose ruined any chance we had playing Rooney instead of Martial/Rashford. Very sad today, we should have been level with City today. It was an attempted jinx that didn't work as well as I hoped...
This is the worst game I have seen from Pogba. It was like he was running in quicksand. The story of the season for us is poor finishing
That is not a fair remark to make.I agree, Pogba should revert to playing Cricket. He cost us that game.
I can't say I enjoyed it (I never enjoy Liverpool vs United games unless they are over and we won) but it was great to see both teams still going for the win at the end and giving it all they've got. Fair result on balance - both teams had ample opportunity to win it.Enjoyed that. 1-1 about right.
Not quite the 7-0 disembowelment huh?GETTING ONLY A DRAW IS A VERY DISAPPOINTING RESULT!!!!!
I think we should NOT be happy at all.
We had a load of chances, our finishing has been poor. Pogba had a gilt-edged chance in the first half, and Mhkitaryan has also been very wasteful.
Liverpool were much more negative, we dominated the game and had the better chances.
TWO POINTS DROPPED!
No it was Pogba's fault. If he wasn't on the pitch we would have won the game. Worst player by a mile. That is not a fair remark to make.
It wasn't SOLELY Pogba's fault.
Many players left their shooting boots at home. I thought Mhkitaryan was below his usual standards, Carrick didn't play well, and Rooney was utterly disappointing! I would've thought that he would be more fired up!! And Martial showed very little end product.
Valencia and Herrera were outstanding for me.
I think Rooney had a terrible game to be honest, but we did look like we were missing a leader a bit which he helped with, Mata i think was a fair sub since Martial wasn't going to have space to run into anymore and Fellaini was greatI liked the subs by Mourinho here, we managed to keep up the pressure (or even increase it) and Fellaini proved useful in the box and as a target man after he was brought on.
Point stands friend. Rooney has no place miscontrolling balls all over the place in the team.
We were shite but no way did they dominate. Which stats exactly did they dominate in apart from running a lot. We had 55% possession.Ill take a draw after that shite performance...lucky really....Pool dominated.
I can see the case for playing a first eleven that doesn't include him, to be fair. I cannot see a single rational argument for introducing Rooney before him as the number 10. It's completely ridiculous. We ALWAYS play better with Mata on the pitch. ALWAYS.
I do not know what he needs to do to start games.
It seems like no matter what he does, he will never be a starter in the eyes of the Caf members.
Rooney wasn't very good on the ball I agree, but I think it was the right move to sub the holding midfielder for an offensive player. He ran around a lot, trying to create turmoil.I think Rooney had a terrible game to be honest, but we did look like we were missing a leader a bit which he helped with, Mata i think was a fair sub since Martial wasn't going to have space to run into anymore and Fellaini was great
Players like Zidane used to rise up to the occasion, whereas Pogba disappears in big matches. He is indeed a fraud. Great players give us great moments, Pogba clearly is not.has a poor game and is fraud, this is not a knee jerk reaction then ?
Look, I agree with you that Pogba had a terrible game. That's a fair comment to make. In fact, it looked like the hype got to him, and he was overawed and lost his head a bit.No it was Pogba's fault. If he wasn't on the pitch we would have won the game. Worst player by a mile.
Just not true at all. They were still shite....both should of never been on.
Behave. Pogba cost us the game. Its a simple and objective assessment.Look, I agree with you that Pogba had a terrible game. That's a fair comment to make. In fact, it looked like the hype got to him, and he was overawed and lost his head a bit.
But to say that he alone cost us the game - that's a bit harsh.
Mkhitaryan, Martial and Carrick failed to influence the game and all showed very little end-product. Rooney was also very poor, he offered very little penetration and his one shot was very very poor.
A lot of players had a bad game. It wasn't just Pogba.
I thought Zlatan had a good game, and Valencia and Herrera played incredibly well!!
So Pogba is shite unless he plays at Zidane's former levels?Players like Zidane used to rise up to the occasion, whereas Pogba disappears in big matches. He is indeed a fraud. Great players give us great moments, Pogba clearly is not.
Didn't we give Ronaldo grief for not showing up in big games? I'm sure you wouldn't call him a fraud. Barely anyone had a good game out there today.Players like Zidane used to rise up to the occasion, whereas Pogba disappears in big matches. He is indeed a fraud. Great players give us great moments, Pogba clearly is not.
