I do love all these rotated teams. Play our best side and try and get 3 points. Can't afford a slip up here.
I see that you're trying to be sarcastic but I didn't mean it as a dig towards our team, more that we seem to struggle to win comfortably against teams that on paper should be beaten easily but that we still manage to grind out wins on the back of individual brilliance. As opposed to every other team that score goals after 20+ passes and perfect coaching.
Man our individuals must be brilliant!
You score first early goal and it's game on, United will hammer you.Stranger things have indeed happened but we are where we are for a reason. A wide open defence and a non existent attack. Man Utd have too much for us to handle. Would be great to grab a goal tonight though just for a confidence boost.
Aaah fair enough, thought it was another Ole out postI see that you're trying to be sarcastic but I didn't mean it as a dig towards our team, more that we seem to struggle to win comfortably against teams that on paper should be beaten easily but that we still manage to grind out wins on the back of individual brilliance.
Maybe not. It’s the birthday of Grant today, chances are Grant will be on the bench as Ole’s birthday gift to himI would say, not a chance of starting, he will be on the bench

Not today. We can’t overuse best players, otherwise it will backfireWe need to play our strongest side.
”Rashford landed on the moon today”‘Sancho will come to United this summer’
They’re a very physical team if he plays it shouldn’t be from the start on the wingMata could still offer something tonight. This is one of the few games were he's useful and his lack of pace shouldn't be a liability because we should be camped in their half.
They usually watch who arrives to the hotel. But Diallo lives there so didn’t need to arriveIs that from MEN? Or confirmed by the club? Don't they just watch to see who is at the hotel and make an educated guess?
By that logic we can’t rotate for any league games at all, yet it’s clear we have to rotate on a regular basis. So while I wholeheartedly support the idea of rotating a bit and using some fringe players, I'm not sure we can afford it.
Depends on how many we rotate. We can't rotate more than half of the team and expect good performance.Considering how much we struggled against an actual Championship side - Watford in the FA Cup -, I'm not at all confident of a good performance against a soon-to-be Championship side. (No offence to Blades fans but at this point relegation is kind of inevitable.)
So while I wholeheartedly support the idea of rotating a bit and using some fringe players, I'm not sure we can afford it.
Absolutely not!Can tonight be the elusive relaxing win I've been begging for us to have for weeks? Please.
I agree but could McT potentially play more of an advanced role, breaking forward to add a goal threat (akin to his role v Leeds)? We do not need two CDMs today.
That would be great, but considering 20 arrived at the hotel that's the full squad already. Unless someone got a tummy ache overnight he's unlikely to be in the squad. They usually watch who arrives to the hotel. But Diallo lives there so didn’t need to arrive
What?! He is injured again?Confirmed squad members
De Gea, Henderson, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, Telles, Tuanzebe, Wan-Bissaka, Matic, Mata, McTominay, Fernandes, Fred, Pogba, Van de Beek, James, Martial, Cavani, Rashford, Greenwood.
No Bailly in the list.
Did Ole mention him the presser? Hopefully he's being saved for the Arsenal game. They've got the pace to hurt us, especially if they set up to press/play on the counter. Lindelof/Maguire would be a risky option for that. What?! He is injured again?
