I knew it. I knew something big will happen when United tweeter didnt tweet a thing after liverpool match.
He resigned. But RedCafe told us he definitely won't be sacked until top 4 is unachievable.
Why not? If they're already unemployed that is.No serious manager worth their salt is taking up a caretaker role. Too much pride for that. Chelsea only got Hidiink because he was mates with Roman and was old anyway and didn’t want a full time gig.
That and a few other things:Maybe the CL draw accelerated this all. The board likely didn't have any trust in Mourinho being able to beat PSG.
I'd like to think they will, get rid of all the dead wood and mass buy/promote youngsters, even if it means writing off one season to bed them in.No but a new manager will hopefully bin the lot of them off and bring in some quality players that form a coherent team
What?People calling our most successful manager post Fergie greedy well, he proved he doesn't give a feck about money
Jose Mourinho PBUH!!!
Course he didHe resigned.
He was the man to take over from Ferguson. We were 4 years too late.Gutted it had to end this way, as I did truly believe Jose was the guy to turn us around. But something had to change, and now we have proper time to get this absolute vital next appointment right.
Really?He resigned.
After he joins Madrid, is my guess. Can see him going back.I wonder when will the mud-slinging from the Jose camp start.
He'll be exactly the same.Well, it will be interesting to see how Pogba fairs under the new manager.
That is very true.He was the man to take over from Ferguson. We were 4 years too late.
It's not all on Mourinho. Woodward should be nowhere near hands on in terms of transfers. And it will be interesting to see if players like Pogba show any more than they did.Does it really change much though? does it change that our players are made of glass and have the mental fragility of a 9 year old? Does it change that our owners are leeches? Will it change that our structure from top to bottom is archaic and broken? Will it change the fact that Woodward will just chase names to sell shirts rather than having a solid transfer strategy?
While i agree it was probably best to part company with him, i just wonder if he was trying to pull the board out their collective posteriors about modernizing the setup and they didn't like it.
I'm worried that they are looking for new "yes" man, rather than someone who can make us great again.
