Based on recent ones there will be zero questions about the actual match, Jose will be calm in the face of pointless questions from pointless people but the media and fans will jump on anything he says, twist it and this thread will be 10 pages long by tomorrow tea time.
I predict three new Mourinho threads based on quotes from that press conference.

Its really sad how this has turned out. Methods didn't work, club didn't back him, players downing tools. Really wanted him to turn things around but his demeanor says it all really.
If we don't win this one than our next 2 games are unwinnable (vs Chelsea and Juve) so we'll potentially go 8 games without a win and the pressure will be immense when we face Everton next.

Not Jose's biggest fan but what a banal question that does not deserve an answer-what would anyone expect him to say? He should have gone for the p*ss take approach " No I thought we could just toss it off all week and then see what happens on Saturday, F*ck it it's only a game of football"
And yes I expect some replies about that being what the last 3 or 4 games have looked like anyway

Hes had 2+ years and its not going to get any better. He isnt going to suddenly get Utd to play like Chelsea 04 and hes waiting for his big payday and wont quit. The owners dont want to fork out the £12 million or whatever it is to finish him. This isnt doing Utd any good at all. We will probably be losing against City Chelsea Juve twice at the very least, and this will impact on confidence in the players even more. Can see top 6 being a struggle now.
In the real world if you’re clearly tanking your job and breaching clauses in your contract you would be sacked on grounds of gross misconduct - how does this guy keep getting away with huge severance packages?
I prefer these press conferences from him at this time. Go to the dressing room and speak there, tell the press nothing.
