Two silly sendings off.

Gerrard should have shut up, and his first booking was a bit harsh, so hardly the sending off of a madman.

Mellor was a little unluckly but he was late, although I liked the delayed reaction of the pain on the defenders face when he waited till the ref was looking.

Two silly sendings off.

And Marching if you really compare them to Morris doing matrix stlye flying kicks at people then you don't know anything about the game.

Im an arse?

How exactly do you draw that conclusion?

Stupid welsh git.

Its nothing to do with reactions, i cant say im that arsed but its frustrating and somewhat sad to see someone reduce himself to trying to impress everyone on a Manchester United message forum.

Maybe if you didn't react all the time people might not "try to score points off you"

Easy target.

You see, what's happening here is someone's trying to provoke someone else and wind them up enough to get a reaction.

And they've achieved it.

Maybe if the one who was being targeted for being wound up wasnt so stupid as to fall for it, there wouldnt be a problem.

But he keeps taking the bait.

Shame, but he'll learn - he's only young.

a) because you reckon all your signings are amazing, and that this "fact" is not open to dispute

b) because you thought Kleberson was a "weird signing" until Brazil's manager said he was dead good....since then he's become a top signing and has made the latest of your daft fantasy line ups instead of Djemba

c) because you reduce yourself to trying to impress everyone on Man Utd forums

If my team was as crap as Liverpool's, I would try to turn the conversation into something else than football as well :D

a) where did i state they were 'amazing', i still think we need a few more players, i said i was happy with who he had bought SO far, going of what ive been told and for a few players, what ive seen. Why are you so excited about Kewell signing?, hes only played for Pool a few times so what makes you think hes a great signing?

b) I never said he was a weird signing, i was asking people what they thought of him, i drew my conclusion on him seeming like a decent player from what i have been told and what someone who has managed him said.

It is a known part of the game and not all players react to it.

Alan Smith is one of the worst.

Gerrard is another.

Idiots the pair of them.

As for the ref in the Viduka incident - no I wasn't applauding him.

He has been charged by the FA.

I can honestly say i am not wound up, what have you said that you havent said before?

Im frustrated that i cant seem to say anything without you making some comment, its not what i come here for, added to the fact you are as funny as a wet paper bag, it all makes for a rather dis-pleasing experience.

I've told you before, I'm not claiming all our signings to be great. I think Kewell will be a success, Finnan I'm not fussed about..and the French kids are just that..kids, they could go either way - but I haven't seen enough of them yet. Whereas you, and I quote, came up with "We've bought well this summer, thats not in dispute"..and your opinion on Kleberson altered in a day based on clearly biased comments..

Man Utd are your team...you see, its short for Manchester United - and a term that has been used by your players. For some reason, really big fans like yourself have a problem with the term....perhaps you could explain to me why this is?

I agree that Smith and Gerrard are two who can get wound up easily - add Keane to that list too.

But surely those who initially try to provoke a situation should be dealt with too?

Such provokation can (as seen tonight) lead to unsavoury incidents, often involving the majority of the 22 players on the field.
Anyone who cannot see a problem with that is being foolish.

As for the Viduka referee - you dont think what he did was the more sensible option than sending off Viduka?

Regarding not applauding him or being happy with his decision...would you have rather seen Viduka sent off and given a Premiership suspension?

It's funny how the scousers are against provocation tonight, whereas when one of football's most celebrated provocateurs, Alan Shearer, was winding Roy Keane up, he was applauded by the same lot...

As you say, part and parcel of the game.

Man United, United or Manchester United is just fine.

And when Keane got sent off at St James, i'm sure plenty of you here were slagging off Shearer and defending the psychotic Irishman.

Swings and roundabouts, pal.

Is that so?

I remember laughing at Keane being made to look like a fool. But applauding Shearer for his "wind up"?

Lets face it Divey..

You've read it somewhere and adopted it for no good reason haven't you?
