Not sure about the fight scenes as fight scenes but the cinematics in some of the Kingsman fight scenes were pretty epic.

Banshee - just one of many awesome and gruesome fight scenes. Love them because they're not pretty - fights aren't dances. This one is a bit more "neater" than others though.
In others, there's biting to everything possible to survive a fight.
The fight scene in They Live is classic.

The corridor scene in Old Boy and the final fight in Kill Bill 1 were ace.
Easily. I fact there are a few fight scenes in Enter the Dragon that are better than any others from any movie. No CGI, just insane choreography done by the master himself.
