Ba and Cisse won't score more than 10-12 goals each next season for sure.

12 goals each would be a good return for them, that said I expect it to be closer to 15 as Newcastle will improve over Summer.
I'd place an extremely large wager that at least one of them will hit 20 goals in all comps.
I would certainly prefer it if at least one of them showed any attacking qualities against City. Apart from fighting against each other who is going to have a go from totally unsettled position some 35 yards away from goal.

From what I've seen of Cisse it looks as if he's no flash in the pan. He finishes chances made by others, makes and scores his own chances and makes them for others too.
He might continue to score goals, but I don't think his general play is anything special. Certainly not too keen on us bringing him here as some suggested. We've got Hernandez that offers a similar role already.
I think we can compare those two games as well.
Believe me I don't judge striker solely by goals return. I appreciate different things, many of which Cisse has in abundance. But this performance was as terrible at times as I would expect from a player whom I hold in high esteem.
In fact I couldn't believe it was him he was that bad anywhere near penalty box / just outside. Demba Ba being even more of a selfish prick didn't help matters as well. I can't stand him smiling after fecking up some simplest of things.
It may be grumpy of me, cause we needed you to get some result but you yourselves were supposed to fight for UCL, and that's scary. Or rather would be, if I were you.
