I can't forgive Evra for making a bunny-ears sign behind Berba's back. What kind of role model is he for children? I'm mentally scarred for life by this outrage.

I can only think that a 4 match ban is appropriate.

After some research I fear the Scousers may have a point on this one...

Myxomatosis (sometimes shortened to "myxo" or "myxy") is a disease that affects rabbits and is caused by the Myxoma virus. It was first observed in Uruguay in laboratory rabbits in the late 19th century.
Luis Suarez reacts...

Evra: "In France, we all give each other rabbit ears. I give my friends rabbit ears, and they give rabbit ears to me. One of my grandfathers was a jackrabbit."

We know what you are, Pat, you dirty leporiphobe.

Liverpool fans have become so bored since they stopped being a top team.

They used to talk about their historic CL nights, their array of World-class players. Now it's all "What are United doing?" "Where are United?" "Not that i'm interested but are United on tonight... I just wanna see erm.. cheating refs.. yes"

If Evra allows himself to do that it's because he has a very good relationship with these players. That kinda player make football a little less dull

I think some take it too seriously. He gets a little more leeway because SAF will know what he brings to the dressing room atmosphere. SAF has mellowed more than people think he has in certain areas because you have to with the modern day footballer but he still knows where to draw the line.

feck me, I know your in Scotland, but allow some humour and fun in your life.

Jesus some of you are so serious about every wee thing.
We have plenty fun up here chasing haggis while wearing skirts! Ps Your slagging me and my country about humour! Well that made me laugh cheers for that irwin. Just a thought Billy Connelly and Frankie Boyle or John Bishop and Micheal McIntyre don't talk to me about humour! I love Evra but he looks like a berk every time he does that two finger salute behind people's heads!

John Bishop and Micheal McIntyre? One's an unfunny scouser and the other's a Cockney. Of your two Scot's, Billy Connolly was funny in the 80's and Frankie Boyle's more of a shock Jock than a genuine comedian. So I'm right then. Scotland's shit and Evra reigns supreme!

Yeah that was kinda like being a Liverpol fan and saying "I see your Djemba Djemba and Liam Milner and raise you Graeme Souness and Kenny Dalglish".

Nothing like that to be fair as those are the top two English comedians right now apart from maybe Jimmy Carr or Jason manford! But glad to see you continue in true form with most of what I say.

Clam down Lawman.

Ricky Gervais sells out his stand up shows all around the World mate, so no, they aren't the "top two".

Eddie Izzard is another Global superstar stand-up.

Calm down what you talking about im having a light hearted mid day talk piss time! Nothing serious! Oh and bad choice Gervais and Izzard as comedy actors good but as stand up not a great choice! Peter Kay on the other hand or the mighty Tommy Tiernan then fair enough!! But Ricky Gervais and Eddy Izzard lol what next Jimmy Talbot and Jim Bowen?

Evra backing for Büttner

Patrice Evra has revealed he is fully supportive of his left-back rival Alexander Büttner.

The Frenchman, who captained the side to FA Cup victory over Fulham at the weekend, was rested for the two matches in the previous round against West Ham, with Büttner deputising.

Evra is pleased to see the summer signing continue to adapt to his new surroundings and provides further evidence of the team spirit that runs through the camp.

When asked by United Review if he is happy to help Büttner learn his trade, Evra replied: "Of course, of course. I told him when I first arrived here, in my first six months the Old Trafford pitch looked like an airport!

"It was so big and you had to run so much it felt like my legs burned after games. But that’s normal at first. You need at least six months to adapt to playing here.

"I always try to help Alex because I am a United player, not just Patrice Evra. I want the benefit for the team. If it’s me that is playing well or Alex Büttner, I will be happy.

"I don’t just say that to look good. It’s the truth. I’m not a selfish player and I would hope any of my team-mates would tell you the same thing. I think Alex sees that I’m not a bad guy and I want to help him."

I haven't been his biggest supporter in the recent past but love his interviews. He typifies a United player. I am sure that he is a huge dressing room influence and keeps it light for everyone.

Why the hell not? Evra has been brilliant in the RECENT PAST. This season is actually one of his best ever. His defending has improved dramatically and his offensive contributions have never been better. Don't know what more some of you ask for. He also worked his socks off today getting back into position after Welbeck lost the ball for the nth time!

He's had a really good season - very happy for him after his rough patch. Not that close to the mightiness of 07/08, 08/09, first half of 09/10 etc in my opinion, but similarly class to 06/07 Evra no doubt. What a signing he's been at £4million or whatever it was.
