There's many factors at play here - Dybala, Juventus' #10 (same significance as our #7), had one bad season and was traded out of the blue by his club - by all accounts, he feels betrayed and angry.
So Juve's made clear he's done in Turin. There's an offer from United, a very good one at that. However, he's never expressed an ambition to play in the PL. (It's always been Real/Barca followed by PSG. ) We are in flux and have been since SAF retired. We play in the EL. But we are offering a higher salary, the manager seems to fancy him. He has to weigh all that in.
I think before he signs off on United, he will explore two other options in my opinion - Inter and PSG.
Now Inter can offer Icardi, a player Juve covets. Icardi wants to go to Juve. It's a complicated deal, but an exchange can happen.
PSG is still waiting to decide on Neymar, and if they offload him I can see Dybala fitting in there.
I don't expect this to get resolved this week.
