Because it wasn't a merit based appointment? He wasn't even in the picture and his name came up during a random conversation that someone in the FA was having with someone else.why poor ?
He was maybe failure as a assistant but maybe he is a good manager.. It's not like Kidd, Mclaren, Phelan and another coaches under Fergie had a good career after they tried to be managers..Because it wasn't a merit based appointment? Earlier, they had a racist as the head coach and now a bloke whose claim to fame is setting up cones at Aon Training Complex while Moyes was teaching Rooney and company how to become difficult to beat.
Can't tell if this is serious or not? Seems like a really silly appointment to me and one that a lot of female players and coaches will be unhappy with. It totally reeks of a man who is one of the boys being parachuted in over people actually have the right experience for the jobGood luck.
He certainly has the right CV.
Give to Giggseh till the end of the season.Deactivated Twitter due to old tweets

Worst thing about the tweets is the use of 'of' instead of 'have'Deactivated Twitter due to old tweets

Just deleted his Twitter because of this:
Wow these stuff should come back to bite him.Not just that
Who has the right experience? Many women's coaches are usually pretty inexperienced. He has coached for Manchester United, the England u21s, and been assistant at Valencia. Some fairly decent experience that just about no women's coaches have. Just looking at England's past managers they all had very little experience if any. It's not exactly new for a woman's team to appoint a young inexperienced manager. One of the rumoured front runners turned them down for the Canadian men's team. Can't tell if this is serious or not? Managers of the two leading Women's Super League clubs - Chelsea's Emma Hayes and Manchester City's Nick Cushing - both decided to stay with their clubs.
Other contenders, such as former Arsenal manager Laura Harvey and British-born Canada coach John Herdman, got new jobs.
The FA said interim manager Mo Marley "did not wish to be considered for the role", while former Watford and Estonia boss Keith Boanas did not apply after previous applications were rejected.
Not just that
To be fair, he seems to be having a laugh with his sister there.Wow these stuff should come back to bite him.
Second one seems to be him having a laugh with his sister but still not a great look. That he's deleted his twitter account indicates he knows he'll be in hot water at the least. Is he in shit for it?
