Very good result - poor match but who cares. Now we keep Chelsea away and are clear favourites for top-4

We are so far behind City it’s unbelievable.
Utter dogshit. Cannot make that last jump in quality.

If only we could have done lore with the counter at the end huh? Draw probably fair on balance. We were alright but didn't deserve much more. Further behind City but we're not really in that race right now anyway realistically. Not the worst result but the penalty decision in the first half will rankle.

Where the grass is greener.
Bruno was really poor today. Ruined a lot of breaks with just pathetically woeful passing.

We had the chances to win that, but it was a game where a loss would have been fecking terrible.

0-0 is an entirely accurate reflection of this game. And let's face it, it's about the limit of what we could hope for from a game like this. With Leicester's defeat today, this is a very good result.

feck that McTominay pass at the end though. That pass should be in a museum, as some sort of performance art piece. (and it's a shame that we offered nothing in attack at all)

We lacked intent. Sigh.

Next Sunday against city at home. Either city win or we bore everyone to a draw.

We’re just too happy not losing these games. That’s the gap we need to bridge. City go and win that. Chelsea were shite.
Limited by a lack of quality really - very few world class individuals in the squad or among the coaching staff.

Predictable goalless shit game. Will never understand why we didn't get a penalty. Bruno and Rashdord were wank . Bringing Martial as a sub is pointless. Starting Martial is also pointless.

Good away point, done enough to win. So much for this masterful Tuchel Chelsea transformation

No goals in the league vs the big 6 in open play since before lockdown. What a joke. Can't beat the top, can't beat the bottom. And we're just stuck with it. So frustrating. I can not understand how some are OK with these performances.

That is the mentality of the manager right there. We won’t win a fecking thing with Solskjær in charge.

I thought that was quite a good battling performance, not too bad a game for a 0-0.
Certainly not worth a caf meltdown.

First half was a lot better than the second. We sort for just let the game play out in the end. Not a bad result.

A draw.

A penalty not called.

Marcus not in the game. Again.
Mason pulled too early. Again.
Martial cameo went as expected.
Midfield lacks imagination.
VDB not given a chance. Again.

Ole needs a talk with himself.

I couldn’t catch the Thursday match so I didn’t have to see two 0-0s this week, God bless all of you that did.
We didn’t move the ball that well, though we got into good positions lots of times, just once again lacked the quality to make it count. Obviously the penalty should’ve been given, but it wasn’t so it is what it is. It’s not a bad result in the grand scheme of things, especially with Leicester and West Ham losing; if Liverpool fail to win it looks even better.

Absolutely zero attempt to win any big games after getting hammered by Spurs. Embarrassing caution from the manager and the players. I generally defend ole but getting sick of this cowardice from the management and the players and it’s not the way a club like United should be going into matches, especially after letting the gap to city grow so much in recent weeks

Pathetic excuse of a performance by our midfielders. Final 15 seconds about summed us up, 3 straight passes that are lacking quality and cause players to go back for the ball, and thus we can't even get a final ball into the box before the whistle blows.

Also I'm fecking tired of watching Rashford just stand there at the half way and then get pissed after making the same run over and over again. Unless Pogba is in the team just cut that shit out and help out Shaw when getting pressed. Second half Shaw was getting hounded by 3 players and no one is there to help besides Fred. Pathetic.

It’s the results against Sheffield and West Brom costing us, not this shit.

Having said that, Ole is as proactive as a panda of reproductive age when it comes to changing things up and going for the kill.

1. Stonewall penalty not given
2. Both teams with a mid table team attitude that has nothing at stake.
3. Low quality football on both sides.
4. Again, if Bruno doesn't perform we are impotent.
5. Our "game plan" seemed to have been: try not to lose and try to maybe score a goal, if possible by any chance.
6. Refs in PL are indolent morons.

Ole unapologetically came for a draw and got it. If the manager version of Ole got off the bench as a player in 99 he would have been on the half way line for the corner defending the counter attack to take the match to penalties.

Midfield is the problem for me. Well, central defence maybe causing us to play two fairy limited footballers in midfield. Quality on the ball isn’t good enough. That one near the end for McTominay, that’s not a difficult ball.

Uniteds record against the normal top 6 this season is fecking awful. 1 goal in 7 games. 5 goalless draws and a 6-1 hammering along with a home defeat to the worst Arsenal team of the past 20 years. No wonder we're 12 points behind City.

After Leicester’s result it was a bit of a free hit. We had the best chances, if only Scott could have found the right pass.
We’ve become very compact in these games against the perceived big 6, just missing that quality in front of goal. 6 points clear of 5th.

Shaded it as better team, absolutely robbed of a clear pen and draw suited us more. One of our better big game showings

We won't win these tight games with Fred and McTominay in midfield. The amount of times we gave the ball away cheaply in midfield was criminal.

Defensively solid, but soon we'll have to look to make that midfield more dynamic and take more risks.

Granted, if Pogba is fit he would have played.

We’ve regressed quite a bit in these sorts of games. Lost any semblance of creativity or thrust.

Harsh to blame Bruno entirely, but his performances drop off massively against anyone half decent. You wonder if he might be better in a deeper role in these matches, with a more functional player at 10. That Lingard fella at West Ham looks useful.
