it's a mute point
Bar Shaw, Bruno, Pogba and Rashford the rest could be replaced comfortably with most PL footballers.1.sadly true
2. Can't agree. Its a very talented group of players.

*applauds*Job done. We came here with the intention of not losing, and we executed that plan to perfection. Absolutely wonderful stuff. Apart from a couple of chances, we nullified Palace and kept Benteke, Ayew and Townsend quiet. Thank god Palace didn't have Zaha available for selection.
Fantastic to see Rashford sulking, Greenwood losing the ball, Bruno being invisible, Fred giving away fouls, James missing a header, Matic slowing down our play, and Maguire giving the ball away.
If we were a shark we'd nibble on our prey till they're bored to death.
fixedA classic post on another very bad night.
Yes, I suppose I am trying to put a positive spin where there is none. Awful awful performance. You’re clutching at straws thinking that’s a reason we’re shite right now. Every team has injuries, most are a little fatigued. No excuse for poor passing and giving the ball
Away or just plain safe football.
Doesn’t matter about top 4, Ole is not the man to take us forward. He’s done well but it’s limited
This is sarcasm. I can tell. Your eyebrow moved.Job done. We came here with the intention of not losing, and we executed that plan to perfection. Absolutely wonderful stuff. Sorry butIn 58 years of watching United, I cannot remember watching a worse game than that.
2 years on, we are still a shambles. No rhythm, no style, no philosophy, no plan b. I could go om for a while. Ole needs to go.How anyone can look at performances like that and say that we're heading in the right direction is truly beyond me. All we are is a team that has a couple players capable of producing a moment of magic to get us a result, including arguably the most productive player in world football over the past year, and when this happens we go on purple patches that flatter us. If you actually watch what we put out on the field week by week, it's clear that our results aren't sustainable, and we aren't actually going anywhere meaningful at all.
That... might have been one of the worst games of football ever? United looked like a coasting, mid-table team at the end of the season with nothing to play for. At this rate they'll be lucky to get top four.
I'm never confident when this guy is in a scoring position. Always praying he can score instead of knowing he'll be clinical enough to put the chance away.Thought Shaw was good. Rashford has to score.
Tend to agree. But I would blame Ole for playing two holding midfielders all game. Having seen how deep they were playing, make a change. Also keeping Rashford on was a farce, he was a 0/10 performance tonight. The players were bad but make a difference, make a change. He puts all the responsibility on the players and I don’t think that’s right.Someone does something good -> Individual Brilliance.
Someone fails at being able to control/pass a ball -> Poor Coaching From Ole.
Players should be absolutely ashamed at that performance, to be honest. Difficult conditions, against a disgustingly negative Palace (how many times did the commentators mention how amazing Roy is at drilling 'shape'? Call a spade a spade, that's a fecking double decker they just parked at home) but wow; SO many misplaced passes, poor touches, and losing 50/50's.
Awful, awful from the players - Shaw the only one who came out of that with any technical credibility for me (Hendo showing class and defence were OK defending the few bits Palace strung together)
If that happens, wonder what Ole will have to say about that. From the BBC
