For the first time in months feeling ecstatic after a United game.
A win at Anfield is the sweetest plum of all them all. Delighted. Am surrounded by their goon fans down my way, so their silence will be glorious.

Absolutely gutted we couldn't have a high scoring draw and be a place lower in the table.

Don't care what it does for LvG and his job security. It was a must win game. Ground it out against a side who have been very good in big games under Klopp. Horrible to watch, reminiscent of a tough away game under Fergie.

First half was awful, but we played better in the second. Liverpool were blowing out of their arse by the hour mark. I didn't think they'd keep up the press for 90 minutes, not after the frantic draw against Arsenal when they did keep it up.

Very fortunate that Liverpool have some horrendous finishers. Henderson charging around and blasting shots form 30 yards like he's Gerrard was hilarious. Why does he do that?

When it comes to Liverpool, I won't complain how we got the win!!! Get in!!

On a side note - we are 7 points behind Leicester

1 shot 1 goal. Fellaini is bollox. A win is a win, but we are dire. How we managed to get anything from this is unbelievable, Liverpool are obviously as shite as we are. A bit like when John O' robbed them a few years back, except Liverpool were good that day.

De Gea should be our man of the match

Might have been an awful game but hey, we won. LVG will be thrilled with the 1 shot, 1 goal stat (because that's how he thinks it should be) but who cares? We beat Liverpool, I don't care how we do it!

We were awful in the first half, looked a little better in the second. De Gea was outstanding but other than that non of our players were really good, Herrera and Lingard were the big disappointments.

Wins vs Liverpool in this style are even more satisfying. Espcially for me who believes in LVG getting on over to cafe favourite Klopp.

Take that up your Klopp ass.

American NBC coverage of football.

First post game comment:

LVG got his tactics spot on tonight. :nervous:

Second comment:

There are only two teams with a negative goal differential in the top 12. Palace and Liverpool at -3. That tells you they concede more goals than they score.:lol:

Awful performance. Darmian, Fellaini and Lingard aren't showing that they are good enough imo. Hopefully Darmian Lingard are better next season. Can't see Fellaini staying. Great result however. Two home games in a row now so need two more wins. Rojo and Jones = Legends

it was poorly executed but our tactics were spot on. Hold them off till the 60th minute and when they get tired of their pressing, attack.

Horrible performance but for all the Liverpool "domination" they created feck all. Henderson did a Gerrard today.
 DDG justifiably won MOTM, that doesn't happen if the opposition create nothing

A horrifying performance save De Gea and Rooney's strike.

I'm no different than anyone else here who can't believe how far United have fallen, but if you're a Liverpool or Chelsea fan you're kicked in the gut how shit your clubs are these days.
