When you give the opposite team that 2 shite goals from something you should have the advantage in then you don't deserve anything.

That was shite.

So frustrating to concede from 2 set pieces. Didn't make them work for their goals. No point having a giant team if the delivery is constantly shite.

We're an average mid table team that has just been performing over average for now.

We don't even really deserve top 4. Mid table, maybe.

-title race over
-lukaku poor

Nowhere near good enough. City didn’t even have to be great to win. I really don’t like this team that much, not enough character in it and don’t even get me started on Lukaku.

Shite goals to concede, but completely out played. City are a better team plain and simple.

Lukaku..

City deserved it simply as they wanted to attack. We showed when we attacked them that their defence is vulnerable but we were more concerned about hoofing. Pogba was a huge miss.

Lukaku should be benched. Missed a big chance v Liverpool & I have no idea how he missed the chance today. Was signed to score those type of goals but he’s not done it.

11 points is too much now. No chance of a slip up. If we had won today, 5 points would have been game on.

As per other 'big' matches aside from Arsenal - better team won.

But man Guardiola doesn't half create a bunch of diving pansies wherever he goes.

I mean, Otamendi must cry when he gets those tattoos the giant softee.

Wouldn't mind if they ripped us open.. But to concede from 2 set pieces is a real kick in the fanny.

Same sort of game as last year.

However they've got there Man. City just a different level. Everyone else playing for a very distant second.

One of the most frustrating games I can remember. Jose's game plan was an insult to the club.

Beyond depressing.

Given the general strength of the league, we'd normally be in good shape, but City are just miles better. We need serious investment.

Can't really argue with that....outclassed and out fought. We huffed and puffed a bit and gave it our bestish shot but they are ALOT better than us.

It's hard to see right now how we can bridge the gap. Better players, better coach. Not a great place to be at the moment.

Worst game this season. Lukaku was an absolute waste of space today.

fecking furious with Lukaku. Played like a fecking coward today. Gifted them two goals off set pieces and goes and misses a tap in for the equaliser.

Needs to be dropped. fecking pathetic performance and just not up for it in a United shirt. Needs to wake the feck up and realise that this is Manchester United not everton. You have to put away your chances and come up big in the big matches.

I cannot believe we lost to two set pieces. Its absolutely ridiculous the manner in which we conceded today.

City are a great tea, and pep is proving to be a great coach. Credit where it's due.
It sucks not being able to properly challenge for the title the last four years, but it'll taste all the more better when we return to the top.

Ok individual mistakes aside, and shit performance aside, we had our chances, and it could have gone either way. Still, feck off oliver and the blue shite.

Mentally haven't been the same since the 6-1 battering. They have had our number for years now and now with Guardiola that will not change.

We are unable to play pass and move, it's actually an embarrassment.

Should try and finish second and get a deep run in the cups because we are a shrinking violet when it counts.
