Shockingly poor moments in defence cost us what should have been a very simple win.

We also need a proper left back badly.

The entire defense bar Valencia sucked. Good at attacking, but Lukaku needs to be better at putting the ball in the net.

Martial should really start.
Attack was non existent for half the game.

Usual average display in this fixture, but we come through to of the league and unbeaten.

Disappointing not to win from leading, but I dare say a lot of us would have taken a draw when they scored first!

I'm gutted. Defense costed us this game. They look like scoring from every ball it's unreal. I'm left with a real bad taste in the mouth.

We defended terribly today and it cost us. A Man Utd team that scores twice at Stoke should leave with three points. Heads and composure very absent today.

Centre-backs almost deserved to be dropped after today, if Smalling and Lindeløf turn in a good performance in the week Mourinho will need to consider who are his top choices.

We were getting into good areas constantly, they were not threatening at all. Defensive errors cost us 2 points.

We always drop points at the Britannia. Am in a strange way happy we didn't scrape a win if it means Jose can light a rocket under the players. We came back absolutely awful from this international break last season and couldn't shake it, that better not happen again or it's on the manager.

No urgency or tempo whatsoever in the last 15 minutes. No idea what the players think is going on, there's a big clock in the stadium.

Also, Darmian is garbage.

To think we played a three of Herrara, Matic and Pogba and we managed to have even less control of the game.

feck international breaks. We never seem to win after them.

Should trash Basel now.

So many shite performances across the board. But not the worst result.

What pisses me off is that we manage to grind the lead out 2-1 then we go and let them score from a free header from a corner. Just not what a team wanting to win the league does.

The brainlessness in the final 3rd is just a fecking joke. Darmian hoofing the ball into row z like he's going to score from the half-way line. He is just such a donkey.

The biggest joke of all time is that we have a free-kick in the 90th minute and I fecking knew they were going to let Lukaku take it. Mata is 10000000000x better at free-kicks. Obviously he smashes it into the wall.

Just too often we were doing things that would make Stoke pleased. Giving the ball away when the pressure was really on or sometimes just completely losing concentration.

Really pissed off we drew that.

Jones is proper pants...I just don't see what he brings to the team or understand why we haven't off loaded him yet.

As for the game we seemed to lack any real plan with regards how we intended to go about getting a result. Really poor performance.

Poor from Bailly, Jones and Darmian. Making key errors at vital points in the contest.

Really should have seen out a 2-1 win. What the feck Jones was doing I will never know. How can you be so physically weak as to just fall over.

Nonetheless, a good result at a difficult ground.

We've struggled against Stoke for a few years now, we could've won that but we were bound to drop points sooner or later. That's genuinely one of our personal hardest away fixtures out of the way now though. Better to drop these points now than later on in the season.

Hate stoke they're just an utterly pointless team.

Should've won but a draw is an ok result.

Crap. Our defending was just rubbish and we made Stoke look far too threatening. Not sure why Darmian started. Sure, he did well for our second goal, but that's pretty much the only positive thing he did all game.

I just knew it'd end a draw when they scored their second and Butland starting holding on to the ball like he was going to stop the game and go home. Not that it made much difference. We weren't very creative today.

Why oh why didn't we get a proper left back???

Sad to say this, but this will be symptomatic of our play this season against the stronger teams, and part of the blame will lie with Mourinho. Our biggest problem by far last year was our attacking front 3, in both creating chances and scoring them. All we did to improve was replace a pretty good striker (Ibrahimovic) with a slightly better one. We did nothing on the wings - all we have there is promising talent but no genuine top class attacking talent to win games for us. Mata, Rashford, Martial and Mikhi are all currently second tier attackers, whilst our rivals have players like Mane, Aguero and Hazard who are top level attackers.

We really did need to sign someone who can actually dribble well and stretch play, even someone like Mahrez who's a natural dribbler would've been a help I feel in giving us a different option. It doesn't help either that our full backs aren't playing well at the moment either and not giving us any attacking width (expected of Darmian, but not from Valencia).
Fair assessment I reckon.

It wasn't broke and we shouldn't have tried fixing it. Pogba Herrera matic won't work.

Absolutely god awful from the change of formation onwards. What did we do with 3 in midfield that we couldn't have done with 2?

If nothing else it should get the players heads out of their fecking arses.

Stoke is not the place to go looking for a woman, the biggest collection of ham beasts ever recorded on TV.

Stokes season peaked. Mark Hughes is still a sad bitter old man.

Time wasting is still by far the biggest plague in football.

Over a season even winning the league youl get about 13 games where you don't win. This is one of them.

I personally hope jones gets ripped to absolute shreds for that and his oh well look at full time

Tough game as always away to stoke. Point is alright. Shouldve won of course, felt the 2 goals we conceded were very cheap goals but we'll be fine.

Not one player in the team can put in a decent cross.
Playing all those short corners was driving me crazy.

So lucky that we scored lots of goals before the international break, otherwise MCFC would've been top.
LFC seemed to down tools and do everything possible to help MCFC's goal difference.

We scored 2 goals away from home but looked weak in defence. Darmian Jones and Bailly were all culpable for the goals we conceded.

We were poor but defensive mistakes cost us all three points. On any other day we'd have grind out a win.

Put things in perspective. This is a hard fixture and Stoke have become our bogey team. Not to mention they have a good side that can trouble teams.

A point is an okay result. It wasn't as infuriating as the draws last season. Our defense let us down, the second goal was all on Jones, completely unnecessary.

We have not improved much in attack and I believe it will show over the course of the rest of the season. We might just have been lucky with the flattering first two fixtures. It is the same stuff again.

Really despise these game raising cnuts.

Nonetheless, we are crying out for fullbacks that can put in a decent cross. A winger who can put in a decent ball. It would make us infinitely more dangerous in attack.

Hopefully Luke Shaw comes back soon and provides better attacking from that left flank. Darmian really doesnt cut it going forwards. Liability.
