How are we not in for a central defender this transfer window. Absolutely atrocious defending.

edit: ... or a holding midfielder.

We are currently 16th with a -8 GD. Brilliant.

All the fitness talk will be served up again by Ole. If he cannot get the team fit by now, then he should feck right off.

Not that he will. He will wait for the sack to get his hands on the millions he will get from it.
I'm sick of baseless, completely unfounded criticism like this: our goal difference is actually -6!

Shame on you.

Thank you Patrice: just said Maguire needs to be dropped. I'm with those saying we need to be able to give zero in the ratings

After 3 games the title is gone. OK we were dreaming to think United could challenge after the shambles of this summer but for it to be over after 3 games., Jesus.

Unbelievable. We have been through so many lows these past seasons, I could not imagine that it could go even lower ...

Everything. Players.Coaching. Recruitment. Board. Owners.

This club is in in real trouble.
Look back a year.. I said this exactly and got huge amounts of abuse by people here who actually thought we could win the title!

To be fair, would you expect us to sign a good one with our record?

Absolute shambles. I hope our fans really saw what the issues are on and off the pitch, and not just watching the names. We need a proper manager who can manage the team we have, teach them tactics, how to play the game, and hold players responsible.

I don't care how talented a player is, if they have no fight, they should not be on the pitch. Next game get McT and Fred in the midfield. Too late to get in anyone who can really help this team with just a day left in the transfer window. Save the money, get a proper manager in, get the players next summer.

Going down by a goal is no excuse to lose by 6-1. No mindset no mentality absolute shambles.
Down to coaching IMO. Whats going to change? Absolutely nothing.

Evra near tears.

Yes, we had come close to conceding several goals.
I meant it a bit tongue in cheek. It did seem like it might be a goal fest both ways as we seemed dangerous in attacking areas.

Our defence looked hopeless though.

The wider problem is the board and ownership but today is on Ole. Not prepared, not fit, no tactics, too nicey nicey, totally out thought by a tried and tested manager..... woeful simply woeful!

This is so bad Evra is asking Sky to end his contract with them, can’t even blame the manager anymore as it’s so so clear that problem is higher up. Utterly disgusting performance, utterly disgusting management and utterly disgusting from top to bottom throughout our toxic club.

Watching Evra “ many people in this club need a slap right now”
nail on head.. he wants the board out, that is the cancer in our club,

Absolute disaster for the team. Great start but after that it was a travesty in defending with a bit of a mess from VAR. Spurs were awesome, Jose will claim a lot of plaudits.
Regardless, of today’s result, it feels like the dye has been cast and the picture is there to see and it’s pretty grim. Oles job is in jeopardy now, but Woodward will rightly take a lot of the stick.

Just more the same from the first two games , worse thing we can do is continue ignoring reality and continue to make excuses for them , not match fit , 10 men etc etc. It is just nonsense excuses for a a very average group of players.

The biggest misconception out there is that the first 11 are good enough and it is only an issue of squad strength.

This is nonsense , would out first choice defense be tolerated at any other serious club?

We took advantage for a short period of the one off circumstances surrounding the lock-down last season but outside of those extraordinary circumstances we are no more than a top 6 team at best. Top 4 last season was an over-achievement for these players.
