Matuidi is a player that can be very useful in the right setup, especially in big games. But it gets more and more obvious he can’t ever be a starter for a top team that plays proactive football.

Parrot, please be your season young man, doing well.
Well, he's only 17, but even so I have this feeling he's going to become a great player for Spurs. Hopefully this season, but the next one if not. But in any case it's good a to have another out-and-out striker (besides Kane) who is actually mobile .

Matuidi is going to struggle a bit on this style. Tbh I was watching this because my biggest curiosity this season is to see how Ronaldo adapts to Sarri.
PSG wants him back apparently :D Yeah if the manager wants his team to be possession based then Matuidi will standout like a sore thumb. He'll be on the bench

Rabiot will be a brilliant signing for Juve. Even Ramsey will be a big improvement

And I suspect he won’t be the only one struggling to adapt.

Higuain won’t stay there I suspect, what about Kean?

That goal from Kane was sublime.

But more importantly, when you consider that Juve played mostly their strongest line-up and Spurs played many youngsters, that was a very decent performance from us.

Oliver Skipp was especially impressive IMO.

I agree that was impressive by a young Spurs side, but Juve played without 5-6 starters.
