DIdn't you hear? they've got Saudi owners now. They should be winning this 3-0 comfortably. Why are they booing , weird bunch
There's an international break after Brighton so they'll probably have the new manager in place for then with a temp manager in the meantime unless they find someone soonerNewcastle just need to get shot of Bruce really. Felt inevitable they'd concede again with the long stoppage so game probably gone.
Their next two are Palace away and Chelsea at home, can't see them winning either.
After that though they have a run of Brighton, Brentford, Arsenal, Norwich and Burnley both at home so that's where they need a new manager in place and 2-3 wins.
SaudiWhat?
Looks like liver disease, hope not thoughLooks really old I thought he was a drinker when first came on..
He knows he is. That team needs a lot of new players and a lot of money spent on it. They aren't taking on a reasonable City or a not that bad Chelsea.Bruce is done now. And so are a lot of farmers in the team.
Will be difficult to get people in Jan, and by then they might already be too far gone.Bruce is done now. And so are a lot of farmers in the team.
I actually thought it was poignant for Sky to highlight the actions you should take if you're a bystander who may need to administer CPR.Commentators and TV studio people are often quite hard to watch in these situations. They should just say it's a medical emergency and leave it at that. It's not part of the theater and shouldn't be treated as such.
I think their owners will give the new manager a target of 12-15 wins from the remaining games. For a decent manager it won't be too difficult plus the new manager bounce will be there. If they can get 5-6 good players in plus say Potter as the manager, they can avoid the drop. Then expect them to make waves in the summer window. Will be difficult to get people in Jan, and by then they might already be too far gone.
Sorry should have been specific, I was watching NBC and not Sky. Good on them for providing useful information.I actually thought it was poignant for Sky to highlight the actions you should take if you're a bystander who may need to administer CPR.
I appreciate it must have been difficult for Ginola to do so but personally had me revisiting my basic first aid course from years ago..
Arsenal tomorrow evening. Always a chance for a good laughNewcastle losing and Lukaku not scoring are the best things about this weekend. Pretty damn sad.
