Sorry @Hanks only seeing this now, will have a look when I get a chance, thanks! This was an amazing 3-hour podcast like extremely high-level conversation between Patrick Bet-David and Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi this weekend.
Very interesting watch if you're into Middle East, Mossadegh, Shah's White (Socialist-ish) revolution, Political Prisoners / SAVAK under Shah, the 1979 Islamic revolution, role of Carter administration and KGB, what the future could hold, etc.
Patrick himself is half-Iranian and had left Iran a few years after the terrorists took over, so he's extremely passionate about this subject.
I think you'll find this fascinating to watch @2cents

Secret document says Iran security forces molested and killed teen protester
An Iranian teenager was sexually assaulted and killed by three men working for Iran's security forces, a leaked document understood to have been written by those forces says.
It has let us map what happened to 16-year-old Nika Shakarami who vanished from an anti-regime protest in 2022.
Her body was found nine days later. The government claimed she killed herself.
We put the report's allegations to Iran's government and its Revolutionary Guards. They did not respond.
This case is even worse as politics grew out of the religion.A truly vile regime. Really really awful, as is always inevitably the case once religion comes into politics in any way.
Nah. They need nuclear weapons to earn respect or something.Respect the culture.
Yep. Feck religion.A truly vile regime. Really really awful, as is always inevitably the case once religion comes into politics in any way.
Arguably the country with the most complex, fascinating, "great" history on the planet. Such a shame the people have to suffer under this bullshit regime.Iran (or Persia's) history is just absolutely mind-blowing in its depth and antiquity and i read recently that younger people are looking towards the very far past for their national identity rather than religion. I feel for them stuck under this oppressive regime.
