Or they're fighting themselves, which can't be discounted.
Like this?

Speaking of the topic of the Iranian drones, it was somewhat expected that they would have some effect. However, they could do about the same as the Me 262 did for the Nazis - just not enough to turn the tide of the war.

The subsonic round is for noise suppression?
"Another way is to buy a silencer (legal in 39 states), which will greatly muffle those escaping gases. Quietest of all is to use a silencer in tandem with subsonic ammunition, which can reduce the sound of gunfire to a whimper in the rain."

It looks as though there’s a silencer on that weapon.

A silencer does silence the explosion noise of the gun, but it can't do anything against the supersonic boom of the projectile. Subsonic munition makes sure that doesn't exist as well, so to really have a quiet shot you need a silent gun as well as a silent projectile.

Imagine we are the champion Real Madrid (=Russia) and we are playing a pub team (=Ukraine) and we are losing!!! How is this possible???

Well, we are not playing the pub team, we are playing vs the British, some negroes, etc! (Racist too?)

Russia is not fighting against Ukrainians. Russia is fighting against American, Polish, and British divisions.

(Notice: no German divisions hahaha)

Then another guy replies: Well, perhaps it is good news. We cannot retreat against the little Ukrainians, but there is no shame to retreat against African-Americans!!!

This is very funny!

I thought you made that last bit up! I was also about to say, "Is that your sarcasm? I can't always tell."

While the war is ongoing, Ukraine keeps preparing for the next one by ordering more and more weapons. There already is an order in place for 100 PzH 2000 howitzers which will be fulfilled in the next years and on top of that Ukraine now ordered the next generation of German artillery, 18 units of the RCH 155. However those will likely be delivered in 2025 as the development is still not fully finished and these are the first actual orders for the system, so there is no production line in place yet. (And before you ask, there is green light from the government for these exports).

It's going to be a 155mm howitzer on a wheeled chassis (it's a variant of the Boxer IFV) with some unique capabilities. Most importantly it's going to be the first 155mm artillery that can fire while driving and doesn't need to settle for a firing position which means that it's not vulnerable to counter battery fire at all. So in some regards it's much closer to a MBT than to classic artillery.

Looking at those deals I guess it's safe to say that this current war is Russia's last chance in a long time to beat Ukraine in a war, if sanctions are upheld Ukraine will have a huge technological advantage and proper numbers of equipment.

At least 4 out of the 14 air defence batteries intended for the protection of the St Petersburg area have have been moved away. If Nato really is such a big threat to Russia this can't be very smart.
We are now entering a time where Russia starts to lack equipment. Of course it's not smart to move strategically needed assets elsewhere, but they need air defense in Ukraine.

I'd say a cross between Oprah and Madonna but yeah, she's probably the most famous & beloved singer for a few generations.

When one annoying journalist asked her why did she came back to Russia, she answered that it was to hit some guy in the face.

Just to add, her husband Maxim Galkin was declared foreign agent yesterday, which has most likely prompted her outburst.

Surely there’s going to be more than enough evidence of Russian war crimes here from what’s coming out?

Mass graves, torture devices etc

Has to be big repercussions from this for Putin and co

Doubt it. Russia won't send its own folks to the ICC (neither would the US).

Hopefully something will come of it. Especially if any sort of momentum gathers against Putin from within Russia.
The problem seems to be that everyone with any kind of power in Russia is equally criminal/corrupt/mafioso/vicious/barbaric/etc.

So, they don't have an incentive to topple Putin because their own power is based solely on Putin. If something bad happens to Putin they are afraid that something worse will happen to them, too.
