GoT has the quantity but the average quality is not quite as high as Spartacus. Lots of 6/10s in the former, while the latter pretty much has even the common girls and servants at a 8/10 minimum. Sure, you get the likes of Chaplin, Emmanuel, Clarke and Melisandre in GoT but the majority of scenes are of pretty average looking women.

GoT does feel much more real, which is a good. That said, the combo of Jaime Murray and Lucy Lawless is very hard to match, no matter how unrealistic the scene is. And then you have the likes of Viva Bianca... yeah, I'm giving it to Spartacus.
