Lotus have something similar, you couldn't have something exactly like the Williams had though as the nose itself needs to be further forward and lower down to comply with the regulations.

That's by far the most phallic one so far. I bet the underside has a banjo string and a vein. Whoever designed it is trying to tell the world something fabulous.

It's a toss up between that and the Sauber.

Interesting that the protrusions on the nose of the Lotus are different lengths. I wonder if they will flip them depending on (anti)clockwise of the tracks?

I'm unsure about the Red Bull. The paint job on the nose makes it look good in the publicity shots, but we'll have to see if that holds up on the track.

Reading the test reports on sky as I have not been tuning in over the past few days. All the talk about Red Bull being a steaming pile of wank at the moment.

It's more to do with the Renault engine being a big pile of wank atm. You'd have to think that unless they can sort out their problems soon, they may start the season with an engine that hasn't been properly put through its paces and is prone to reliability problems for the first half of the season.
McLaren looks much nicer on track than in the promo shots:
