He'll cost 2-3 times that next year, maybe more. Club Brügge rejected a £26 million (€30m) offer from Chelsea in the summer. Doubt they would consider anything less than €40 million next year after he has become a full international, and they might not even consider that.
I will be surprised if he leaves for less than £40m in the summer for EPL clubs. 40 to 50m is the going rate for anyone decent in EPL now and "wonder kids" will cost way more than that.

I know there's a talk about him

Followed him loosely this season as Sancet has been very productive for Bilbao, he's a good player but one to rotate with Antony I think. Very athletic player something really Rashford and Garnacho have. Reckon Barcelona will be all over him with the contract opperunity.

From our current crop who can actually play RW;

Sancho - Should be sold.
Antony - Not good enough. Move him on in the summer.
Amad - Has potential. Could be something special if he can stay fit.
Pellistri - Not good enough. Move him on.

It's an absolutely huge weakness.

Antony is not getting sold. Almost impossible to shift him given the huge transfer fee we have committed to him and the poor form he has showed.
Sancho will be a tough sell too.

So what do we do? Just continue to play Antony every week for a few years despite knowing he’s rubbish? He has to be moved on.

I think Ten Hag keeps playing him until he finds a certain level of form. There were games where he was good last year, so there is some hope.

If he continues as is this year, who signs him and for what?

He is back training. Needs to get fit and be given a chance.
Indeed he does and should but reading this thread most folks seem to think we should buy someone!

Only if we could get a proper scout and/or get our heads out of our arses.... we could have got Diaby for dimes, comparing to Antony.

Takefusa Kubo or Moussa Diaby

Ideally sell Antony and bring in both

Pedro Neto is the one. We have to get him. Too bad about his recent unfortunate injury but he's a massive talent we shouldn't miss out on. Will also cost much lees than Antony, seriously what were we thinking paying world class RW money for an Eredivisie unknown? Baffling.

Surely we can recoup at least ~£60-70m or so from Sancho & Antony if not more, even given all thats gone on. That should be more than enough to find a good winger.

Shift Greenwood & Pellistri along with them and let the newbie compete with Amad out there.

Olise or Neto would both be upgrades on Antony. We need a RW in January hopefully partially financed by sale of Sancho.

Dream on, nobody will buy Sancho with what he earns unless it's a Saudi club

We wont recuperate anything from Sancho and Antony. Clubs know we want to get rid and Sancho is on massive wages. Just eat the loss and bin them both. And please for the love of god get someone who can put in a decent cross

Takefusa Kubo would be great - seemingly has a release clause of 60m euros so could be attainable without having to pay the usual United Tax! I still think Amad could turn out great as well, sure looked promising last season, looking forward to him returning to full fitness.

Well I am pretty sure Sancho's agent will tell him the same. Not even the Saudis will buy him after 3 years with the U18 team so Sancho must move now if he wants another contract..

Depends on how much he wants to play, unless something changes he will probably just see out his contract

Given Utd's history of not paying the salary difference of Maguire's contract, Sancho will go no where. Utd's bargain chip is always and only "depends on how much he wants to play" for the players to give up millions of dollar in their contract. At best Sancho will push for a loan deal.

Think this is the correct answer, Takefusa Kubo can use both feet but we know ETH likes a left footer on the right - which he uses more - so he foots the bill, think he's infinitely more talented than Antony and can be gotten for a good price considering his talent and his age. Only issue is I believe I read Real Madrid have first refusal on him, so he may opt to go back there.

Otherwise, get him.

Neto, Kubo or Marcus Edwards. Very underrated Edwards had a good season in Portugal last year. I think players transition very well from the Portuguese league plus he's played minimally for Tottenham. There's plenty options but that depends on how quickly the club moves.

this is where the leeches and our shit transfer decision making will catch up to us. City would be ruthless, they wouldve sold sancho already, and prob be selling antony at this point as well to rectify their decision making and already have another target they want. Instead we will prob just keep our holding pattern as always.

Possible, but then he is finished as a footballer. He might secure a lucrative Saudi contract in January if he pushes for one.

In addition to £85m Anthony and £73m Sancho, we have £37m Amad and £10m Pellestri. How much do we need to spend on right wingers??? We need to get our house in order regarding our recruitment strategy as this season is seeing the emergence of some great teams that are outside of the so called big six where it’ll be a battle to get top 8 never mind top four. We wont want to be left behind in mid table mediocrity as with Villa, Brighton and Newcastle and theres others who can quite capably pull off a shock result every now and then.

Neto is great to watch, but he's missed 79 matches through injury in 3 seasons, and is set for more time out now with what looked like a really bad hamstring problem. We play a match every 3 days - he just wouldn't survive.

Nicolas Gonzalez maybe? Brentford were after him in the summer but he signed a new deal with Fiorentina instead. He's good with either foot and he scores goals, so he'd be refreshing at the very least.

We were in need for right winger, Diaby was there aaaand we decided to overpay for Antony.

We are in need for RB now, Frimpong is there aaaand we are going to overpay for Dumfries, lets say.

Terrible scouting and decision making, worst in the league.

Be lucky to get a bag of crisps and a can of coke for Antony. Sancho wages are so high and no club is gonna pay much for a 23 year old video game addict with an attitude problem. Unfortunately we are stuck with these two clowns. It’s frustrating Greenwood did what he did Antony wouldn’t even be here. Club is cursed

I have watched Nicho Gonzalez a few times in last few seasons. Very good player technically and probably affordable defiantly an upgrade on what we have. Also not afraid to put a cross in the box unlike the current wide players.
