Is there a certain number of players you need in each of the 86 and 87s to be able to loan them out, I was able to loan 86s last season but not the next.
@Damien @The Stain did you get your competition prize money? I should of received 10m, but it hasn't added to my balance!
You need to have at least 19 players with rating 87 and above, in order to loan out 86-rated players
Now you have 18, so you need 1 more
But that is just my theory. A Smiley Theory
