Gaming The SM RedCafe League

In my league with mates I’ve got 92 rated Alphonso Davies, who another mate desperately wants. I need to replace an aging DM pairing of Kante and Koke. Thinking of offering a swap for Mount and Rodrygo.

However I play Davies as a left sided winger and I’m already stacked there with Chiesa, Nkunku, Antony all able to play there and the same 3 plus Kolo-Muani, Havertz and Moreno able to play right.

Luke Shaw is my left back and I’m hoping he’ll get a 92 soon.

Is swapping Davies for mount and rodrygo a good deal or stupid? Is Davies ever going to kick on from a 92, seeing as he’s already winning loads and not moving up?

Great community for these kind of questions I set up the help with deals thread where you’ll get great advice.

In the mean time Davies is unlikely to get much higher than 92 but then again most LBs and RBs are incredibly hard to come by.

Luke Shaw will be 92 in a few weeks time but then you’ll want to consider who is your understudy to him?

Mount is safe on 92 for now but I don’t think many managers would give him and Rodrygo so if you can get that deal it’s very good. But you want to replace two CMs…. So think about that.

@BenitoSTARR

Did they review PSG? Vitinha was a starter all season, still 89.
Yeah has he not risen?

I can suggest him for retrospective review but need to check his minutes and performance first and see if it gets approval (there’s a few from Serie A on the way)

RIP. He was a great guy
 I do think generally they’ve been better with some of these reviews but there are always ones that get missed.

If anyone else has got a strong enough case for rises again I’m happy to pass them on. As long as they have the minutes and performances.

Vitinha and Koop stand out. Have both in my other league.

Manchester United now compared to this time last season:
  • one place higher
  • four more goals scored
  • one more goal conceded
  • 21 fewer shots for but just one fewer SoT for
  • % converted increased by 11%
  • eight more shots against and four more SoT against
  • % conceded decreased by 2.5%
  • shot difference worse off by 29 and SoT difference worse off by five
Everton and Forest look to be well and truly back. Middlesbrough and Newcastle doing well at this stage both this season and last season though last season they faded away a bit.

I would be happy to make top4 once I have moved on Firmino, Fabinho and Verratti. Needed another season or two with them to make the transition.

Everton does look solid with good defensive record so far.

A bit... Would be nice to keep this going a while longer but I highly doubt it. Everton next and they'll start getting some light at the top. Just really struggling with creating and finishing chances. No clue what to tweak to change that, but also nervous to tweak that in case we leak at the back

We’ll see. Don’t have a great deal of depth if I get an injury or two, particularly with a couple of the ratings drops (that were expected to be fair).

A full breakdown of the youth table can be viewed HERE.

Leeds still topping the youth table, albeit with a bunch of no-hopes.

Transfers for Leeds United since I took over below.
Trying real hard to get some attacking firepower in the team and so far Isak seems to be the most promising one.

Antony Martial (In) : Livramento + McNeil (Out)
Isak (In) : Kossounou (Out)
Geertruida (In) : Luca Netz (Out)
Zakharyan (In) : Sylla (Out)
ESR (In): Barco (Out)

I think most would kill for some of your youth players, myself included after our discussion last year. Martial is probably a bit fortunate to still be 90 with his injury record but I think you did well with your other moves especially if Leipzig go back in for Geertruida.

Every offer I get is for Isak or Enzo. The Mendes hype has died down a bit.
The Guler train is starting to board as well.

Unsurprisingly there's a demand for Greizmann too.
