To loan out a player, you must have at least 19 players with higher rating than him
So, you need 2 more players with at least 90 ratings to be able to loan out Dier

No worries. Don't want you to be in a position where you're screwed for first league game because your team for our match hasn't been set with proper rotation etc.
I'l be going with my 1st 11. After the recent rebuild I've done, my squad rating has gone down drastically so I'll go for the cups if I get far instead of focusing on the league and only playing the kids even if its the final like I used to. My avg rating is just 91 now, think it was 93/94 before.
