Chelsea will never sell. Rudiger's injured, they loaned Ampadu out and they can't sign anyone so they'd basically be left with Christensen, Zouma and players from the academy unless they move Azpilicueta there and play James at rightback instead.

Still, even with Rudiger you're thin on the ground in terms of CBs, but I guess on the whole Chelsea do fine in terms of injuries - it is United who end up needing to use all six/seven CBs we have over the course of the season due to injuries.

I am not sure exactly how much time he was out, but it always seemed like an awful lot to me. I am sure there is some way to find out?
Luiz is a defensive shambles but is by far our best ball playing CB. I don't see how we can sell him when no replacement can be brought in.

Any unsettlement at Chelsea is good for us on the eve of the game. However, all indications were that Luiz and Christensen were the first choice, and in all reality, Zouma is better than Luiz anyway.
Will he play this sunday?
I always though Lampard was pretty intelligent to be fair.

We need to just accept this and let him move on. He does not want to be here and has fallen out with the coach and some players. Just move him on please!
Don't think it's about playing time. Judging by our preseason, he and Zouma looked set to be first choice pairing until Rüdiger returns.
