If there is a deal for him it will likely happen much later in the window.

The Camavinga thing sounds like he has said he wont sign an extension.. Madrid probably want to sign him on a free next summer and his club is trying to sell him off now to get some monies.
A while back, there was news of Camavinga telling the club that he doesn't want to extend with Rennes. This is just a continuation of that.

Diogo Dalot might become the backup right back for us if we can't get Trippier for a good price.

So far, he's not committed to any club at this time. He himself will be coming back to Manchester after the tournament ends, anyways, so as it stands, we can expect him to continue with us for next season. AC Milan do want him on loan with an option to buy, but United haven't really committed to loaning Dalot out again for now.

He could play on both positions, most probably left back given that Ryan Bertrand has left the club. Kyle Walker-Peters has sealed the right back position for himself, anyways.

They're just young guys with potential but won't play a lot for now. We'll probably get a similar signing at RB if Bellerin is sold.

Imagine if these are 2 of the 4-5 major signings that gunnerblog of The Athletic was referring to. Now Lokonga's pretty good, and he may surprise people, but even then, that has to be underwhelming.
