Yeah I think so but he’s a more modern goalie than Fabinaski and his spell at Fulham definitely alluded to some untapped potential. I’m just not sure why they’d sign him if he’s not going to start.

Good enough for us?

He'd be our best central midfielder. He's a superb passer, which is really something we lack in the two deeper midfield positions. He's also better than Neves in almost every aspect of the game (exception would probably be long shots).

If they are to loan him (Pellistri) then it would make more sense to loan him to an English club to get him used to English football & the climate instead of going to Spain.
