Jules Koundé: yes, Xavi wants him for sure, and Barça met with his agent, but it's very complicated due to economic reasons. As of today, the Premier League is still in pole position.
The #Morettómetro is back. Koundé-Barça, complicated.

The club met twice with his agent in recent weeks. Xavi wants him, but the economic issue hinders the operation.

The Premier League option is the most advanced. Chelsea, in contact with his entourage.

Laughed at this tweet, most beautiful city in Germany  it’s not the worst shithole, I give them that
Even Kölsche Jung would probably struggle to claim that with a straight face. But I guess it's part of the club's charme that they keep up the pretense.

  • Fiorentina's offer: 10-12 million Euros
  • Shakhtar, however, want €15m.

Lukaku has always wanted to return to Inter, his only wish for months. As Matteo Barzaghi has advanced, he would arrive on loan (not for free) with an obligation to buy: the clubs are officially negotiating. Romelu has already spoken with Inzaghi. The total agreement is very close.

The formula of the operation is still to be defined in detail. The clubs are negotiating and have to reach a total agreement.

This in combination with Bayern selling Roca to Leeds should enable Leipzig to sell Laimer to Bayern.
I feel like Bayern are finally creating a proper club philosophy with all those Rasenball purchases.

David Raum, as already reported, has no (!) release clause this summer. Kicker now writes of an agreement that will take effect from next year. This is in line with Sport1 information. The asking price release clause will be €30m+x next summer. Hope to determine learn the exact price [set by Hoffenheim] by then.

Fills the BVB profile perfectly: This is the status with Raum - ManCity are also said to have enquired about the Hoffenheim international.
More info:
  • Borussia Dortmund have also been interested for a while.
  • Raum is open to leaving Hoffenheim this summer but won't necessarily push for it.
  • Hoffenheim hasn't had talks with any of the interested clubs let alone receive an offer from them.
  • There is no release clause in Raum's contract, so an interested team will need to provide a significant sum of money.
  • In his contract extension (until 2026) in January, next summer, Raum's release clauses will apply
    • They differ depending on the following:
      • Period of time
      • League
      • "Category" [based on quality, I'm guessing] of the interested team
  • Signing Raum in the summer is possible but won't be cheap.
  • For Dortmund to sign a new left back, an existing one has to leave.
    • Nico Schulz is the primary candidate.
    • Guerreiro (contract until 2023) can also be sold.
  • Dortmund's ability to sign Raum this summer also depends on their overall finances.
EDIT: Updated 1st Tweet's translation thanks to @Hansi Fick

After their experience with Schulz I'm surprised they're going after Raum because the strengths and weaknesses are pretty much the same.

Both were good going forward, maybe you can argue that Raum has been better than Schulz was, but weak defensively and, most importantly, both played in predominantly 5-at-the-back systems at Hoffenheim before moving to Dortmund and subsequently struggled playing with 4 at the back.

Raum has similar weaknesses in defense and I don't think it's suited to a LB position, but is certainly great at LWB.

That Núñez sale has kicked off a bunch of different transfers in Portugal:

David Neres is expected to take medical tests today in Brazil to then have the signing of the completed by Benfica. He will sign a contract for 5 seasons. All the details of the deal are already defined - it involves the reduction of the debt Shakhtar Donetsk has for Pedrinho

Translation is off: The release clause (ak = Ausstiegsklausel) will be 30m+x next summer. Until then, Hoffenheim ("Hoffe") determines the price.
