Really? After literally getting nothing to do last season, I'd have thought he'd want to move on.Well, danish press did say that Lindegaard would stay not too long ago.

I'd be happy whether it meant De Gea staying or getting another keeper, Valdes is not a fit for the PL.We selling all our players to Turkey.
Would I be the only one quietly happy at selling Valdes? As it means we'd get someone in to replace De Gea.
Yea, even said that he might extend his deal.Really? After literally getting nothing to do last season, I'd have thought he'd want to move on.
That would be very weirdJames RobsonVerified account@JamesRobsonMENTweet

Antalyaspor confirm talks with United goalkeeper Victor Valdes
Cheers, to be honest I found it hard to believe Roma would even bother offering a player that they themselves didn't even particularly need to City as part of the deal. He's a decent player, that's about it. Can score a goal or 2, has decent technique, but he wants to do to much on his own, likes to haggle the ball. Nothing special really.
Nonsense. We're not letting two goalkeepers go.
I'd be delighted. I don't think he's good enough to replace De Gea and it would be yet another Mendes client off our books.Would I be the only one quietly happy at selling Valdes? As it means we'd get someone in to replace De Gea.
The first time someone is reporting this without the "according to reports in Germany" caveat.Tweet

never fail to take a subtle digAS said:Van Gaal is a huge fan of Oblak, so much so that he considers him to be an even better prospect than De Gea.
Smells like AS wanting to antagonize both United and Atletico fans at the same time.Tweet

http://www.insidespanishfootball.co...val-real-madrid-for-benfica-keeper-jan-oblak/Although his release clause is valued at €20 million and he has a contract with Benfica until 2018, Portuguese super-agent Jorge Mendes is said to be playing his part in negotiations, trying to push through a move for a slightly lesser figure.
One of the best options, but will Atletico sell? Losing their main keeper at the same time Real gets one of the best keepers in the world who is their academy product.Tweet

So, he has a release clause. I take back my previous post.Eww. Oblak has links with that parasite Mendes and got shopped all over La Liga in 2014. Do not want.

Oh. Suddenly it all makes sense. We'll get our keeper swapped for an inferior one and Mendes will get paid loads for both transfers.Eww. Oblak has links with that parasite Mendes and got shopped all over La Liga in 2014. Do not want.

Whaat? I thought he had a different agent?? MendesEww. Oblak has links with that parasite Mendes and got shopped all over La Liga in 2014. Do not want.

Google says €45m release clause...So, he has a release clause. I take back my previous post.
Oh shite. That figure is too high.Google says €45m release clause...
Around 30m pounds then. If we can get that much for De Gea, then maybe it might be worthy to get him.Google says €45m release clause...
Müller has no intention to leave.I get the feeling we'll sign Muller too, but with Di Maria going the other way.
Maybe not, but you never know.Müller has no intention to leave.
I would be shocked if Bayern would let them both leave in one window. I think they would have a massive meltdown over there with their fans.Maybe not, but you never know.
Oblak's agent is someone named Miha Mlakar, but apparently Mendes has some vested interests in the player from his time in Portugal and even offered him to Peter Lim. At this point, I believe it would serve United well to cut all ties with Mendes who isn't beyond leveraging certain deals and whoring players out across Europe. There are certain benefits to maintaining a working relationship with him in fairness, but the arrangement hasn't served us well in recent seasons, plus Mendes is a snake who will inevitably backstab Woody and co. if and when the gravy train stops. I think Fergie and Gill were onto something when they made him a distant thought towards the end of their tenure.Whaat? I thought he had a different agent?? Mendes
Messi has no intention of leaving Barca - why dont we start talking about Messi to Utd, instead of Muller?Maybe not, but you never know.
hah, it would be a great day. Tbf in reality I'm with you in that I can't see Muller ever leaving Bayern. But I just can't shake a small inkling I have that they really want di maria and would be willing to get him at the cost of Muller.I would be shocked if Bayern would let them both leave in one window. I think they would have a massive meltdown over there with their fans.
You be want you want, but don't piss on my parade, laddie. If I want to believe we might get Muller, then I will believe that.Messi has no intention of leaving Barca - why dont we start talking about Messi to Utd, instead of Muller?
I think we need to be realistic.
Nah. Hes not as good as any of those three in those positions. But considering how many gsmes we have its a pretty fluid 3 with Carrick and him.No Herrera?????
