If we’re looking to put out our strongest team he would surely start ahead of Curley.
Depends. Curley is more of a dribbler with a shot, Devaney the better passer and probably more solid defensively. So it may be that we're trying to be more attacking. Especially with McAllister in there doing the majority of the defensive work

Some communication between Scanlon and Wheatley and we could’ve had a good chance there.

Decent cross from Fletcher, Scanlon can’t reach it for a tap-in.

Ogunneye booked.

That's a very harsh yellow to give for Ogunneye.

Ball in the Chelsea goal, but Wheatley is offside. Very good through ball from Williams.

We have been dominant so far. Need to make it count and score soon.

Wheatley again! Good pass from Williams to set up the goal. We make our dominance count.

Chelsea have found some space behind our fullbacks a couple of times.
Yea both fullbacks pressing high up and once they are beaten opens up that huge space. It was also one of my criticism of Amass from earlier in the season that his defensive positioning needs work.

Wheatley has to be the best young striker in the country on last 6 months of form
That would probably be Arsenal’s Chido Obi-Martin. Well, based in England. 29 goals in his last 11 matches.

Goal line clearance from Jackson, almost 1-1. Once again they found the space behind our high block.

Hope we get a second before the break, as we might see Wheatley, Amass & Jackson coming off at HT again.

Good first half so far.

Tyrique George is a classy player, reminds of Pogba - in the good way. Flair, skill and composure on the ball

Williams with an effort from outside of the box, straight at the keeper.

Must be said, United are very tight and aggressive when they’re defending in a low block. Very well-coached side.

Ogunneye gets his last warning. Would be wrong to get sent off after such a soft booking.

Amass, Wheatley and Williams all have a great first half, specially Amass with some crucial tackles and interceptions. Curley's solid too, better than J Fletcher and Scanlon. Kingdon had a great chance creation for Wheatley, but was not that solid defensively. Shoutout to Jackson for that block on the line. Ogunneye might be our worst player in this half.
