Music What are we listening to?

John Mayer as always, but Keith Urban is a very overlooked artist and guitarist, mostly on the account that he's country, but this is a haunting and melancholic ballad that hits all the right notes.

Another brilliant jam from the same show

I'd be remiss for not asking, but, did you listen to J. Balvin's OASIS album which was produced by Bad Bunny? Very, very good.
Surely I heard it on spotify randomly, but today I will take a closer look at it. Actually until some months ago I did not listen to this type of music so much, except for the most popular ones that appear in radio, so I am still deciding who I like most of all of them.
The Bad Bunny thing is incredible, it's everywhere, collaborating, producing, releasing songs and more songs

I transitioned to this four or five years ago, mostly through bachata Romeo Santos collaborations with reggaeton artists. I'm more salsa and bachata, primarily, but the right Reggaetone stuff is great. On a different note, ever heard the corridos music of El de La Guitarra?

I know nothing about corridos but I liked that song.
Are you a good dancer? :D I am absolutely terrible and I think it is one of the reasons that has kept me away from those styles, especially salsa.
I accept bachata more but in the past I ended up fed up with some songs.
I remember that Obsesión was absolutely everywhere. The girls adored it, something like Suavemente from Elvis Crespo. I remember that it was much worse than "despacito". So I started feeling some irrational dislike for a while.
In any case, Romeo Santos has an incredible voice, and this very good song with Wisin and Yandel

Pink Floyd.
By far and away the best group of all time.
The actual song is Mother from The Wall.
Comfortably Numb is my favorite track though.

Ok. I am showing my age.
But, if you look at the comments on YouTube, many of them are much younger than me.

Pet Sound is my favourite album of all time. Listening to this version of God Only Knows by a fragile Brian Wilson had me welling up.

Wow

This is one of the best live performances I've ever seen.

That man is a genius. he also has one of my favorite quotes of all time -

"I'm forever near a stereo saying, 'What the f--- is this garbage?' And the answer is always the Red Hot Chili Peppers.”

Great quote. And a genuinely unique artist.
