If Leicester can win the league we can definitely aim for a title challenge too. Top 4 should be the worst case scenario with a decent manager and a few quality signings.
Top 4 with Mourinho, mid-table finish with Giggs, try to avoid relegation with LVG.

Top four at the very minimum, get Rooney scoring again. Challenge for the League cup, the FA cup and the League. In all honesty, fix the playing style, sign a couple of players and go from there. Build from the bottom up.
