Really can't see Pep keeping this half arsed cnut at the club next season. Hope he fecks off to China along with his agent.

He is becoming a parody.

How many years in a row has he said he is leaving now? He never does

I do think Pep will sell him. He wont let Yaya play often with that attitude, and Yaya wont be bothered, he is in retirement mode.

Think he's leaving for real this time. He is probably the biggest liability in the Premiership when his team doesn't have the ball. For a team that plays with a midfield 2, that's a truly amazing reputation. Pep would have none of it.

Pep will play him at the back with Fernandinho

Kinda makes sense, considering who he's tasked to be in the back 4 lately in Bayern. Besides, I don't think he'll be happy with his current options besides Kompany. Whether Yaya could be convinced to do it is another matter, although it would probably extend his top flight career a bit.

will leave a real legacy, of perhaps being one of the biggest mercenaries on these shores, even amongst a huge amount at City alone.

Will be glad when he leaves. Always seems to score whenever I watch Citeh.

:(
hopefully he changes his mind again and signs a new deal....

And quite possibly the biggest whining crybaby the league has ever seen. Thoroughly unlikeable chap

He won't be missed. Replacing him with Gundogan is several steps fowards for them.

A really good prank would have been to send cake to Yaya every single day after that. How much do you thing that would have cost... £20 a shot? We could have all chipped in. That would have been great.

Even though City's win record says otherwise, I believe he has been a liability for them this season especially when played in a midfield two. He has the work ethic and static movement of a whale on dry land.

Various offers? Apart from China, who the hell is going to pay his current wages?

He'd love China, getting paid a fortune and sitting in his mansion the night before a game eating cake in front of ''The Creation of Adam'' painting with himself painted into it, laughing about his new comforts why thinking of how racist Africa is.

Would be good for City in many ways. If they get Gundogan in and have a proper well functioning midfield they'd improve big time. You're being shoe horned in as a CM hurts them in most big games.

A reunion with Mancini at Inter makes sense for all parties. However, I don't know whether they can afford his wages.

One of the most moaning players of this time I guess. His agent, himself all seem to be eager to get more and more money regardless of when a new contract was signed.

Can't imagine anyone at City being arsed about this. They'll be happy to have him off the books, he must be on crazy wages. Whatever replacement they'll get for him will improve their midfield significantly. He has rare flashes of brilliance but not enough to make up for regular half-arsed peformances. No one will miss his moaning either.

China is probably his best bet now. He's too cumbersome and slow for the teams that can pay him his exorbitant salary in Europe (well maybe PSG, the French league is a cakewalk).

Great news. I would donate a cake for his bday every year for him to stay with Pep and City. He would be great and make City;s dressing room lively :smirk:

He may want to stay but I'm almost sure Pep wants him out - and quite right too imo.

Can't push him out if he doesn't want to go to China because no one else can afford his wages. They're stuck with him unless they pay another club to take him.

He's been a brilliant player for us but his time at city is up. Unless Pep can mould him into a deep playmaker like pirlo but even pirlo at 38 had a better work ethic than Yaya at 32!

Back at Barcelona I thought it wasn't too smart by Pep to sell him. At his current level I don't know if he's still fit for the role he sees himself in.

Was such a beast of a player who was genuinely excellent at multiple positions (CB, DM, B2B, AM), something you don't see often at all. It's a shame he turned out this way in the end.

Remember him being pretty decent as a CB for Pep back at Barca, but he's probably too fecking slow for that now. And lazy.

Pep: Here is your cake.
Yaya: It´s not my birthday.
Pep: I know.
Yaya: ...and my name is not Bye Toure.
Pep: Getting warmer.

Now that he knows he can't get a better deal, he wants to stay? City should really offload, someone like him isn't going to help them with their title charge.
