Yeah but I doubt he expects anyone to be able to meet that. Especially as most of the teams interested in him were Division 2 and 3 teams with little financially.

Derby.
How would he know when most are undisclosed?

I doubt anyone's got a better bid then City at the moment.

That 30m i simply asked.
I don't need higher rated players, i need multiple lower rated players. MULTIPLE.
My offer meets your requirement in this regard, both young potential risers; Perisic is the main man at Dortmund now Kagawa has gone and Dzagoev is obviously going from strength to strength.

managing Charlton.
For Neymar, there were so many future offers as well, and nothing for Shinji? Why?
Cider, Caceres plus Dost Bat, and a loan.

I guess I just know my players better than you do.

Ivan Perisic will shine next season at Dortmund.
He may do, and I think he will too, but he is in no way the main man. They'd be Gotze, Hummels, Subotic, Lewandowski, Pisczek...

There are some other teams but not that many and even the teams with the financial flexibility here probably don't have as much to offer compared to the teams in the league Omar's on about.
What league is omar on about? Why would he give a feck which league the team he deals with is in?

What's the Elite League got to do with it?
Nothing. Omar was the one who brought the Elite league into this.

Cider, Caceres plus Dost Bat, and a loan.
My offer is £1M + Tony Jantschke + Nicolas Gaitan but Omar doesn't like it.

Dzagoev is better than Gaitan but Jantschke is a solid RB and will be one of the best German full backs in future. Some also expect him to rise to 88 in the next update.

Dzagoev is considerably better than Gaitan. Never heard of this Jantschke geezer; I doubt he's got as bright a future as Ivan Perisic.

He was one of the best right backs in the Bundesliga last season. His consistency hugely helped turn Gladbach into Champions League participants when they started the season as relegation candidates.

He was part of a side that almost broke the Bundesliga record for least goals conceded. Going forward he's dangerous and if he maintains that consistency going into next season he should be in contention for the 2014 World Cup. He is very versatile too which is a big plus.

He could probably do with a move in real life but even if he doesn't it won't stop him from becoming one of the best in his position.

As for bright future. I'm positive that he will have a better future than Perisic.

Omar you need cash, not two more players to further cripple your wage bill.

That is what I think as well. Omar would probably be best to sell Kagawa externally (I'm not sure many clubs here will have that type of cash) and use the cash to improve the other players he has while keeping the wage bill down and the team in the black. Omar can still challenge for promotion without Kagawa. He just needs to get his finances in order.

Yep. Two players, especially two such as those City and Leeds are offering, would, I imagine, cost more in wages than Kagawa. He needs cash, and needs to make sure he keeps 2m+ in the bank by the end of his transfers, or he'll be back in the red in no time.
