Proper Man Utd player he is. Goes out there and plays with a lovely arrogance and swagger in his game. He's the modern attacking player. Technically excellent and comfortable from the left, middle and right. We need to let him feel free to roam and influence wherever he wants. Interchanging of positions suits him and other players in our squad perfectly.

It's reassuring to imagine how good he could become. We've had so much gloom it's nice to see someone who brightens up everything for us.

Was one of our best players vs. Tottenham on the right, best player in behind the striker vs. Sunderland and our best player today on the left, at 18!!!! (This isn't taking into account how shit everyone else has been recently mind)

I seem to have to explain myself to such a degree these days before the keyboard warriors come out to destroy me because they think im WUMMING, because they dont take a step back to think.
Why bother to explain yourself?

As a great man (John Wayne) once said: 'never apologize, never explain.'

Majestic, great performance from him today, so many great passes that opened up their defence today, just brilliant in the second half.

Normally the most impressive youngsters break through because of excessive pace or that they're physically freakish for their age but I find the most impressive thing about Januzaj is that it's his awareness of a teammate's position and where they are running into, before taking out multiple players with a quick pass - it's a skill that's so rare in a young player. Such an exciting talent.

He is awesome. He'll become our best and most important player next season.

There have been moments in matches where you could say he is literally "unplayable". I think his whole second half was bordering on that level.

His vision is so impressive. He knows what's around him and when to play the early ball or when to hold. Some players take years to master that. Some others in our squad still haven't.

The release for Rafael and Evra on separate occasions, his free kick, his crossing.

Where's that 15 year contract lying around? Make him a lifer, £1 billion release clause, just do something!!!

I can't remember why I joined this war.

Ed needs to start camping on his lawn and not leave before the lad has signed a new contract. If his contract isn't sorted out until the summer Europes top teams will run down his door and start throwing money at him until he either signs for them or dies under the weight of all the money being piled on top of him.

Still cant believe he's 18...the level he's at right now not to mention his potential is frightening. We should be building team around this guy, he's going to be a world class player.

As a character I think he will be different from the likes of Morrison and Pogba, along with the fact that Moyes is giving him much more of a chance. The former two were driven by a mixture of wanting more game time, bad attitudes and wanting more money (mainly because of an agent). Somehow Januzaj doesn't seem that sort of person, and the hope is he will be loyal to a club that is giving him all the opportunities he deserves.

Hasn't he just signed a 5 year deal?

Valencia needs to take a few crossing lessons from him. He never blasts it, he just whips it with such wicked curl it's so difficult to defend against. Totally different technique, much better results.

It's amazing how good he is for his age. Once again against Tottenham he made fantastic opportunities for other players, and his passing is just sublime! His only weakness is that on some occasions he seems to dribble to spaces where he gets boxed in and ends up losing possession, instead of doing a simpler short pass. Other than that he really is a great all round player.

Never mind how good he can become, if he keeps playing at the level he showed today, he'd be our best player bar none.

new contract? he just signed a 5 year contract right?

I expect we will offer an improved contract end of next season.
I'm sure we will handle him just like we did Ronaldo. Bump his contract each year and keep him sweet. For what it's worth he signed for 5 years but we always put an extra year on top of all contracts which it is the clubs prerogative to activate so he should be signed up until 2020.

He's noticeably taller than Fletcher, and still growing.
Looking at that interview above seem just a tad shorter. Still being 6 foot is plenty tall.

Rather he stay way he is, the way he glides and his overall balance - it's served the likes of a Giggs really well.

Just looking at their shoulders, you mean 'a tad taller'?

And how to make him not getting taller, by the way? :D

I think that's the first time I've heard him speak! Deeper voice than I'd have thought.

Anyway, love him, can have my babies, all that.
No I'm having his babies!

Anyway, is there a more mature 18 year old footballer out there at the moment? He's doing things at that age, making the sort of passes that one would expect from a much older, experienced player. The scout who discovered him should be given a pay rise. Hear he has a great attitude too, staying back late every training session, just like Ronaldo used to. I don't think he'll reach the heights Ronaldo reached, but he will definitely be talked about as one of the best in his position barring injuries/attitude problems.

He's clearly the main man when Rooney and RVP are out. You could see how everyone else was deferring to him and walking away for the free kicks and corners.
