They shook hands before the kick off. Maybe Mourinho thought that's enough?

Just heard a cracking joke lads.

Ref: "Gibbs, you're off!" Ox: "But ref, it was me!" Ref: "Shut up Walcott, get on with the game"

Marriner has made himself look a complete idiot.

A complete, arrogant, idiot in fact. How could he not have listened to all the players who were saying he had the wrong man. Like Alex OC would have tried to take the blame for someone.

Mourinho's a dick. Regardless of handshakes. He did it to Sherwood as well, it's just sheer arrogance and belittling your opponent. "Oh, my job's done here, I'll head off early". The constant tonguing of his backside is sickening.

Arsenal will surely appeal that and win and they can't retrospectively punish the Ox either. Marriner needs demoted for a few games. The fact he's even given Chelsea games after his clear bias in awarding them a match saving penalty at home to West Brom is astounding.

Red Card for Casemiro!
Salah had a good game.

In his brief cameo, he has shown a few glimpses of what he can do:
Really fast, good first touch, good positional sense and movement, good defensive contribution, composed in front of goal.

Of course it helps when you're opposition are into -ve confidence levels.

What fuzzy logic brought you to that assumption?
For starters, because Wenger has done so himself in the past.

On a more general note, its an insignificant event. Wenger knows what Mourinho thinks of it and it isnt good. Wenger himself cant stand Mourinho. 2 adults who dont get along dont shake hands, I'd be amazed if they care.

He did it all the time in Spain too. It's not a big deal.

I think Mersault thought you were talking about the result.

It is a big deal though. What can he achieve in those 30 seconds he saves before the final whistle? It's all done for show. Stay until full time and show your rival a little bit of respect.

Wenger won't care, he has done the same (avoiding handshakes at full time). A false show of respect is utterly pointless.

Can't see Cardiff and Fulham pulling off a surprise win.So not much in the way of three o'clock kick offs.

Why are handshakes in football talked about so much

Wenger won't care one bit, he'll be absolutely mortified inside and somewhat relieved he didn't actually have to face Mourinho.

my bad - for some obscure reason I thought you were talking about the size of the defeat, brain not on at the minute...

Cardiff look like they have individually talented players, but Ole doesn't seem like he is capable of getting them to gel together. Sturridge and Suarez will tear their defence apart.

That said, it's been an unpredictable season, so fingers crossed for Cardiff. I hope Liverpool drop points.

Fabulous start by Cardiff city. I like how ole has set them up for the challenge of Liverpool's high intensity game.

Obviously the quality of Liverpools attack can render that pointless but still a very good start.

Jose haters gotta hate. Everyone knows he does that, him and Wenger dont get along its no surprise, how about we focus on that we dismantled the 3rd placed side 6-0 rather than scrabble desperately for something to put Jose down on?

Sturridge really does have one of the most immensely punchable faces I've ever seen. Feck, it's irritating.
